My objective was to create a general-purpose base class contract which provides multi-signature ownership control to any ethereum contract: token, crowdsale, wallet, etc. I enhanced a bit, audited, refactored and tested a part of existing solution which is credited in comments. I like this solution because it's general-purpose and user-friendly: sign any action is as easy as execute desired function in GUI with proper parameters. I considered gnosis multi-signature implementation, but found it inconvenient for the task at hand: it's wallet-centered and you have to pack data of transactions (for submitTransaction) manually. Plus, when confirming transaction (confirmTransaction) you see only transactionId which tells you nothing about action you are about to sign. Have't found any other decent implementation of multi-signature ownership control. Bug bounty is open for a couple of weeks. |

Hello We are looking for pitfalls in the creation of a marketplace based on the blockchain. We first had an idea to create our own marketplace after the success of Boomstarter ( https://boomstarter.ru/), , a crowdfunding platform where small-scale productions and startups find crowdfunding for their projects. There are cool projects which create great goods. They get an investment, and... they need to sale that somewhere. However, e-commerce has limitations: 1. Taxation. Legislation regulates currency and official operations. 2. Work & trust. Btw it's a serious problem for buyers: they don't want to buy anything on the Internet because they are afraid of one thing: they will pay but they will not get goods. There is no guarantee that they will not deceive, there are one milliom stories of every kind of unfair sallers. Yes, big marcketplaces (like Ebay or Amazon) solve problems of payment through a dispute, but no one wants to pay, wait, wait again, open a dispute, wait again... time presses, but not money, not goods. Buyer is disappointed and going to offline-shop. And we want to create a marketplace, which solve those problems. This is a marketplace, where anyone can create and manage an online store – with our help. We are offer our clients a full-fledged hybrid store constructor that not just provides the tools to create an online store, but also sports a full set of crucial business features and full integration with many third-party services and platforms. And, of course, the most important features are Payment by cryptocurrencies and Smart-contracts. Over the 5 years since its creation, Boomstarter helped fund over 1,500 projects that subsequently became full-fledged, profitable business ventures. We think, this idea eliminates the disadvantages of e-commerce. Look at this: 1. Many states do not regulate cryptocurrencies, and operations with crypto currency are not taxed. 2. Integrated smart contacts make transactions extremely fast and secure. The smart contract ensures that the money goes to the seller when and only when the buyer confirms the delivery. As a result, the buyer makes the payment only once their order arrives, which increases the service’s trustworthiness and makes shopping online a more convenient experience. Ищем подводные камни в создании маркетплейса на основе блокчейна.Мы – команда под руководством основателей Boomstarter ( https://boomstarter.ru/), краудфандинговой платформы, где стартапы могут получить народное инвестирование. Очень часто там размещаются проекты, которые производят крутые товары. Они получают инвестирование, и… им надо где-то их продавать. Но у электронной коммерции есть свои недостатки:1. Налоги. Фиатные деньги регламентируются законодательством и, соответственно, налоги платятся со всех официальных операций с ними. 2. Работа на доверии. Это, кстати, серьезная проблема для покупателей, многие не хотят покупать через Интернет, потому что боятся, что они заплатят деньги, а товар не получат. Нет никаких гарантий, что тебя не кинут, есть миллион историй со всякого рода недобросовестными дельцами. На крупных площадках типа ebay и amazon это решается через диспуты, но вряд ли человек хочет заплатить, потом ждать-ждать-ждать, потом открыть спор и снова ждать… время идет, денег нет, товара нет. Покупатель разочарован и уходит в оффлайн-магазин. За 5 лет существования Boomstarter были собраны средства на реализацию более 1 500 проектов, ставших полноценным и прибыльным делом. Как раз в это время мы придумали проект для производителей. Мы хотим создать маркетплейс, который решит эти проблемы. Это торговая площадка, где каждый сможет создать свой интернет-магазин (с готовым интерфейсом и круглосуточной службой поддержки), кроме широкого функционала, свойственного современными интернет-магазинам, мы хотим ввести два главных преимущества: смарт-контракт и оплату криптовалютойИ мы считаем, что наша идея маркетплейса на основе блокчейн устранит оба этих недостатка. Смарт-контракт очень безопасен. Все операции через него прозрачны и неизменяемы, и подчиняются только коду, заложенному внутри. Покупатель хочет игрушечного котика, заказывает котика и переводит деньги. Деньги поступают на смарт-контракт и замораживаются там до того момента, пока покупатель котика не получит. Затем он уведомляет о получении, и смарт-контракт переводит деньги продавцу. Необходимость в спорах отпадает, человеческие ошибки исключены. Что думаете? Какие подводные камни у этой идеи? В чем недостатки? Стали бы заниматься и развивать это направление?
