This user dodg has the highest hashrate on give-me-ltc, over 5% of pool total, but doesn't seem to find any blocks. What are the odds of this happening?

I was pool mining FTC for 16 hrs at tailfeather.cc, contributed about 2% of shares over 7 blocks found, got paid 7 ftc
