Mechanics:
1. P 50 per slot, mode of payment better CoinsPh or alt coins. I prefer Tezos ,ETH, ETC ,ICON(ICX) ,VeChain and TRX - di halata ang mga coin na gusto ko.  +10php nlang po sa peso equivalent nya to cover price fluctuation.
2. Limited to 2 slot only per player to avoid hoarding of numbers. I can increased the limit as game date is approaching near depends if there are more slots available.
3. If all slot will not be booked- Still I will continue the pakulo (even if only one participant joined).
4. Result will based on 4th quarter final score only. in case of an OT, the 4thQuarter result will be the basis for this pakulo.
5. If there are no winners based on the final score, I will raffle the prize to all participant using an online random generator. your slot will be your entry # to the raffle. if raffle is needed I will schedule the raffle for a live stream drawing para fair po. Bear with me baka busy tlaga ako that days as preparation of our vacation.
6. Prize is my pre-loved(tested, opened and reset) don't expect for a sealed one (see pic to follow).
7. I will shoulder shipping fee or meetup nalang if the winner is nearby during my stay in Philippines. Shipping and meetup will be around March 20 - April 20 (Bakasyon po ako sa Pinas that time I will put in priority)
8. Player need to reserve your slot in the google sheet and when the payment is confirmed, I will update thread for official list. official reservation po sa google sheet pra isang page lang titingnan ko. khit mag post po kayo dito na reserved. yung google sheet parin titingnan ko. so make sure na fill up muna nun before dito.
9. Upon payment notify me in DM (here in BCT) or email (in my profile) so that I will update the list. Di ko nalang pla i didisplay dun sa list ang proof kasi baka mmya agawin ng iba. unless needed like if meron nag contest na nauna syang magbayad for a certain slot.
10. Player A slot reservation is only valid for 3days only . after that, another player (eg. Player B) can book that slot, if that Player B confirmed the payment, then he will be the owner of that slot. I will base the timing for reservation based on google sheet modification time and the payment based on coinsph and/or alts network chain timestamp.
   
Example:
   Scenario #1. Player A reserve slot 2-3 on Feb 01,2020 8:00pm, then Player B reserve the same slot 2-3 on Feb 02,2020 10:00pm. on Feb 4 10:00am Player B Confirm the payment but because of unknown reason I did not update the official list, then at 11:00am same day Player A confirm the payment. I will honor the Player A since it is still within 3days (deadline for Player A is Feb 4, 8:00pm). I will notify Player B to choose other slot or just make a refund I will send you back your payment via same payment channel any days after the event.
   Scenario #2. Same booking, but Player A confirmed first on Feb 05 10:00am, because of unknown reason I did not update the official list then Player B pays the slot on the same day at 5:00pm. this time I will honor Player B since Player A rights already End. I will show payment logs of my coinsph/or TxnId to be fair.
   ***note Player B rights is only valid until 8:00pm, this is to give way if there is Player C also interested on that same slot.. in case there is no Player C, the rights for that slot will be given back to Player A.


11. Back outs / Refund is allowed until Feb 14, 2020 only, after this date no more refund will be allowed. Sending of refund balance will be done any days after the game day (feb 17, 2020).
12. All Datetime are based on PH time +8 GMT (except sa game day.. USA po yun)
13. I have the rights to disqualify a player (or an offensive reason, example makulit,itanong pa ang nakalista na dito or offensive comments), or revise the mechanics, don't worry I will revise the mechanics if needed for the sake of fairness.
14. For now exclusive lang muna sa BCT (as I've mention gusto ko maging active ulit dito). Pero I will open this to CMPH probably after Feb 7. 2020.

Gusto po ko sana paiksiin ang mechanics pero much better na ang detailed pra konti nalang tanong.. paki basa nalang po para maayos natin maisagawa.. naka depende po dito kung magkakaroon tayo regular pakulo as requested ng mga kabayan natin.

And last,di ko po nasasabi sa inyo. isa po itong fund raising, nag decide ako na gawin nalang fund raising instead of for my personal . Na stroke po ang non-blood-related uncle ko last friday. mejo personal na so di ko na iddedetailed kung bakit non-blood-related. isa po syang PWD - dati po syang may polio so medjo 5'4 and 4'5 maglakad (gets nyo po cguro) and walang pamilya(asawa at anak). until now nsa hospital parin po sya and medjo malaki laki narin ang bill nila. tumulong narin po ako from my personal fund. kaso kulang parin sana mkadagdag itong gagawin ko. Di na po ako magpopost ng picture nyang nasa hospital kasi I want to maintain his privacy.. I will post nalng cguro reseta, bill, and the final sending of funds galing dito sa pakulo na ito sa knila.

Dahil nasabi ko narin nman n fund raising to.. pwde nyo pong sobrahan ang bet nyo as donation (pero max of 2 slot parin).

Bilang matagal narin sa crypto (since 2013), medyo may limitadong kaalaman narin ako sa blockchain technology.

1. Ano ang mempool?
2. Paano ito nakatulong or nakaka apekto sa network?
3. Hindi ako teknical, maari mo bang ipaliwagan ng simple?

Kasagutan
1. And mempool ay isa sa bahagi ng blockchain network. maari itong tawaging staging area pra sa lahat ng transaction bago ito maisama sa isang block (isang pahina ng blockchain).
2. nakakatulong ang mempool dahil nagsisilbi itong staging area(tambayan, parking area, or kung anong termino ang nais mo) pra sa mga transactiong hindi agad mai-sasama sa block magkakaroon ng mapaglalagyan at hindi maglaho parang bula..

kung naalala mo noong panahon ng SMS (txt) kapag congested ang network, hindi ka makakapag send ng mensahe sa iyong kamag anak, kumpara sa blockchain kahit puno ang network, magtutuloy parin ang iyong transaction subalit hindi ito agad mairerecord sa blockchain dahil ito ay mananatili muna sa mempool hangang sa ito ay isasama ng mga minero sa kasalukuyang block.

ito rin ang dahilan kung bakit mayroon kang transaction na unconfirmend pero ang balance mo ay nabawasan na. marahil ay nsa mempool n ang iyong transaction at nag aantay lamang itong maisama sa block.

ang mga transaction sa mempool ay nakapila base sa knilang transaction fee. sa mdaling sabi madalas or malamang na maisasama agad sa kasalukuyang block ang isang transaction na nsa mempool kapag ito ay mayroon mataas na transaction fee.

Kung sa tinging mo ay nanatili ng matagal ang iyong transaction sa mempool (2 oras pataas) maari mo itong "i-force" or i "broadcast" ulit at taasan ang transaction fee, sa ganitong paraan maari itong unahin ng minero at maisama agad sa kasalukuyang block.

Maari mong ituring na confirmed ang iyong transaction kung ito ay nasa mempool na. dahil mayroon n itong transaction ID at ito ang magisisilbing patunay na naisagawa mo na ang transaction.

3. taglish ko na dito - isipin mo lang po sumakay ka ng jeep. ang jeep ay ang block. ang pila ay ang mempool. hangat nasa pila ka hindi kapa nkakasakay sa jeep (block) pero sa mlamang after ilang jeep ay mkakasakay kanarin.

Mas maganda siguro analogy yung sa taxi dahil ang mga drivers (minero) madalas ay mapili ng isasakay nila. Kapag ma-traffic at gusto mo makasakay agad (maisama sa next block transaction mo), kailangan mo magbayad ng mas mataas na pamasahe (tx fee).
