When mining on CNC Pools you can follow the litecoin instructions and just change the pool adress to a CNC pool

P2Pool uses the PPLNS system which means after you start mining it will take some time to see the first payouts, usually about 1-2 hours, you DO get payouts if you stick with it!

Some CNC ChnCoin pools I tried are having DDos etc. issues, so decided to setup yet another P2Pool on a fast server

cgminer example:

Tips to reduce DOA rate: (taken from Narken's thread)
You can set your share difficulty by adding +0.0000xxxx to your CHNcoin adress:

yourCNCaddress+0.0004872

I've setup P2Pool for CNC Coin from https://github.com/chrda/p2pool-chncoin (as referenced by blastbob in this thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=192907)

The P2Pool server is running fine as far as I can tell, its even connected to other peer nodes, however when I connect miners (cgminer) I always get very low difficulties (e.g. 1 to 4 in cgminer) and the web stats page of my P2Pool keeps showing 0 shares, e.g. the below is the output after running 200Kh/s against it for some time:

Am I missing something in the P2Pool setup? I've tried passing difficulty by adding +0.00011641 to the CNC Address in cgminer, that seems to force difficulty however still Im not getting any shares accounted for on the P2Pool server.

When I connected my miner to blastbob's P2Pools from the above thread I seem to get difficulties like 2K or 4K (varies) and it seems to get some shares.
