La société LWS – http://LWS.fr herbergeur de web et spécialiste des serveurs dédiés a arrêté depuis vendredi une machine avec 25 sites de Bitcoin sans aucune notification ou explication.

Simple hasard ou carrément boycott ?

Les services de Bitcoin SARL sont brutalement bloqués et le service d’assistance ne répond ni à nos emails ni à nos appels téléphoniques!

Bitcoin SARL, propriétaire de plusieurs Sites internet a choisi de les héberger dans un serveur dédié de la société LWS depuis quelques mois.

- The Bitcoin News ( http://TheBitcoinNews.co.uk ) un site en langue anglaise d’informations sur Bitcoin avec plus de 2.5 millions de visiteurs par mois.
- TheBitcoinAffiliate.com, un site d’affiliés avec plus de 1500 Affiliés inscrits.
- La Boutique de Luxe http://LuxuryBitcoinStore.com ou les internautes peuvent acheter des articles de luxe tels que iPhones en or 24ct ou Crypto Phones pour protéger leur vie privée.

Ces sites ainsi que 22 autres ont été brutalement interrompus!

Dans la nuit de mercredi 27 à jeudi 28 , le serveur étant déjà inaccessible, Bitcoin SARL informe la société LWS par le biais de Twitter des dysfonctionnements de leurs services.
Apres 2h30 de pages inaccessibles de tous ces sites web le service reprend normalement.

LWS  présente ses excuses par le biais de Twitter prétextant que l’équipe de nuit est en train de régler les problèmes de dysfonctionnement en urgence afin d’assurer le retour à la normale des services.

Vendredi 29, le jour le plus important aux Etats Unis nommé le « Black Friday », ( jour ou tous les commerçant proposent des ristournes et vendent leur stock en dessous du prix estimé), les serveurs de Bitcoin SARL sur LWS s’arrêtent de fonctionner à 16h30!

Bitcoin SARL a généré un gros trafic et contacte de toute urgence le support LWS sur son site par chat avec un conseiller.

La réponse du conseiller: - » votre serveur est en cours de redémarrage et sera opérationnel dans maximum 1 heure »

Depuis cette date, vendredi 29 novembre, le serveur n’a toujours pas repris son activité normale, les sites sont toujours fermés.

La société LWS ne répond pas aux emails envoyés à son service d’assistance, ni plus sur Twitter ou facebook ni sur son numéro d’urgence (surtaxé) ou tout le week end à n’importe quelle heure, le même message annonce : - »Aucun conseiller ou technicien n’est disponible actuellement »…(!)


Dans le site de LWS il est indiqué :

« Supervision technique 24x7x365″
« Nous avons nos équipes techniques sur place, un support 24x7x365 est disponible pour vos serveurs. Si vous avez une urgence, nous pouvons intervenir à votre demande en moins d’une heure. »

Mais la réalité est bien différente! Nous somme à présent samedi 1.12.2013 – 12h30, 44 heures après l’arrêt complet de tous nos sites, LWS n’est toujours pas intervenu et n’a porté aucun intérêt à ce dysfonctionnement!

Est ce simplement de l’incompétence de la part de LWS ou un boycott bien ciblé sur Bitcoin SARL ? Ou alors aucun technicien ne travaille réellement le weekend chez LWS…(!)

Nous arrivons bientôt en 2014 et un service sur Internet qui indique sur sa page de contact:

« Ouvert du Lundi au Vendredi de 9h à 12h et 14h à 17h » ferait bien de changer de métier…il y en a des tas qui existent avec ce créneau horaires…


Bitcoin SARL a ses sites internet actuellement offline, mais la société Incloudibly http://Incloudibly.com webservices pour professionnels accepte les Bitcoins sur son site, et veut aider Bitcoin SARL a transmettre tous ses services sur ses serveurs dédiés hébergés en Suisse, sans interruption, avec un service d’assistance réactif et compétent qui répond jour et nuit dans un délai maximum de 10 minutes et sans numéro d’appel surtaxé (!)


Le Bitcoin est bienvenu dans le monde entier mais pas sur les services de LWS en France.


Le préjudice causé par l’interruption des Sites de Bitcoin  n’a pas encore été estimé exactement pour le moment, (plusieurs commandes clients passées avant l’interruption de nos sites n’ont pas été honorées, donc certainement annulées par des internautes inquiets de la disparition des sites de Bitcoin!) Bitcoin SARL à subi de grands préjudices matériel et moral à cause de l’incompétence de LWS.

Nous nous excusons auprès des utilisateurs et clients pour la gêne occasionnée (involontaire de notre part)

Bitcoin Bourse est le nouveau système de négociation développé par le français Bitcoin SARL

Le système commercial Bitcoin Bourse fonctionne comme un service de séquestre sécurisé, où Bitcoin Bourse détient et gèle les bitcoins jusqu´à transaction réussie est terminée entre le vendeur et l´acheteur. Chaque utilisateur reçoit une adresse bitcoin temporaire pour financer son compte avec bitcoin. L´utilisateur peut vendre ses pièces à tout utilisateur, qui accepte son taux (demande), ou à tout utilisateur vendeur qui accepte le taux (offre)

Une transaction pourrait être faite de l´une des manières suivantes: 1. Quand l´acheteur accepte le taux (demande), il envoie de l´argent à partir de son compte bancaire SEPA au vendeur. L´acheteur et le vendeur peuvent faire la transaction en personne. Cela signifie que l´acheteur ou le vendeur peut rechercher une personne de sa région. Si cette personne accepte, le système d´échanges de taux va geler le bitcoin, l´acheteur et le vendeur se rencontrent en personne et échangent de l´argent en bitcoins. Après confirmation de la transaction les bitcoins sont envoyés sur le compte de l´acheteur.

Le système d´échange Bourse Bitcoin ne comporte pas de frais de négociations pour l´achat et la vente des bitcoins.

El sistema de intercambio de la bolsa de valores de Bitcoin funciona como un servicio de depósito seguro, donde la bolsa de valores de Bitcoin almacena
y congela bitcoins hasta que se finalice una transacción exitosa entre comprador y vendedor. Cada
usuario obtiene una dirección de bitcoin temporal para financiar su dirección con bitcoins. El usuario puede vender sus monedas
a cualquier usuario que acepte su tasa ASK, o a cualquier vendedor que acepte la tasa BID del usuario.


La transacción sólo puede realizarse de las siguientes maneras:
1. Cuando el comprador acepta la tasa ASK, envía dinero de su cuenta bancaria SEPA al
vendedor. Cuando el vendedor confirma la recepción del dinero, el comprador recibe los bitcoins de nuestro
sistema de intercambio a su cuenta. O cuando el vendedor acepta la tasa BID del comprador, el comprador
envía su dinero a la cuenta bancaria del vendedor.


2. El comprador y el vendedor pueden realizar la transacción en persona. Esto significa que el comprador o el vendedor pueden
buscar a una persona de su zona. Si encuentran a una y aceptan la tasa, el sistema de intercambio
congelará las bitcoins, el comprador y el vendedor se encontrarán en persona e intercambiarán el dinero por bitcoins.
Tras la confirmación de la transacción, los bitcoins se enviarán a la cuenta del comprador.


El sistema de intercambio de la bolsa de valores de Bitcoin no conlleva ningún tipo de tasas de comercialización para vender o comprar bitcoins.
