You are a totally ignorant rude cunt.
Just ban me if this is your attitude all the time because this place is of no use to me if this is your attitude.
I asked a civil polite question.
Explain to me what happened there and I would have backed off, I have no idea whatsoever what is going on here or what your problem is coward

Actually there is still a good chance that it has been and I have lost a few £1000, at least that is what I have 100% thought for the last 4 days and now I have a little hope and it's a weird one But just for starters and I know someone will give me stick here as I partly use a blockchain.com among others and I have spread my risk around, I am not very clued up on crypto and just HODL and leave my wallets alone apart from a little trading on Binance. Last week I had a text from blockchain notifying me that my 2fa security had been removed around 1 am in the morning while I slept and I saw it at 7am, I went straight onto my blockchain.com wallet but the first thing I wondered was how could someone remove my 2fa security when they first needed 2fa to get into the wallet to then remove it, I tried to explain that to Blockchain.com. But anyway I could see my wallet was empty and thought shit, I then could see 6 transaction were sent early in the morning and it wasn't me so I have basically just thought lesson learnt. And just for the record I am super security conscious and there is no chance that I would tell anyone anything about seeds, passwords or wallet ID. But there was just this one case way back in 2021 where loads of us could not access our wallets and customer service was totally crap so what I was a advised was open another wallet and use my seed phrases. I used Electrum as they had a good name but found it difficult to use and could not get my head around it so just gave up in the end and trusted it to God and thankfully it all got sorted out and I just left the wallet for years and left some funds in it and just checked once in a while. So I have had the Electrum account set up for years and never looked at it since and for the first time opened it up today grasping at straws and what did I see but 6 events only in my history all happening on the same day and within an hour of all my transactions in Blockchain.com, coincidence or connected but how? I am still sure if it is my Btc and Eth there because all the jargon makes no sense and in all my years I have never sent Btc wallet to wallet, like I said I just mostly HODL. But there is also one other thing, when I checked my blockchain wallet a few times this last few days it was left with only £29 and I thought why have the thieving shits done that, but a few days later it went to £43 and today it is £65, I cannot work any of this out. But for the last 4 days the only thought in my head was how could this be hacked, there are 4 stages to the security and it just did not make sense.

Have had my Bitcoin in a blockchain wallet for a while now and not been a problem, I log on with my Number and my password and the email verification comes through and I accept and all is OK, has worked fine for ages now. But since Friday my email verification is not arriving my end so unable to get into my account, now tried about 20 times with no luck. Tried my best on their support page and now in line with a ticket number. Normally I would not be too concerned and I just hold Bitcoin, never try and send it anywhere so feel quite secure I have not done anything dumb. But there is always that nagging doubt and more so now that it is starting to be worth quite a bit Read quite a lot of stuff in the last few hours of it happening to other people, but still a little worrying PS .. the one thing that makes me feel better is that the email is not arriving my end and if somehow somebody did try and alter the security settings I would get constant emails telling me this was about to happen, so cannot be done secretly without me knowing

It's been a while since I have been back here, could not see the point really. I have been dabbling with Bitcoin and a little ETH for about 5 years now and just basically buy an hold a tactic that is now paying off nicely after 5 years in the game. Over the last 18 months though I have done a little trading in a Binance account and have made more good calls than bad with very small leveraging on the odd occasion, I have just kept it simple. In 2021 I am still over 70% Bitcoin hold and the rest is just dabbling with Polkadot and even more ETH, and in the next few months there are a few more Alt coins that have caught my eye and am watching closely and I intend doing some more riskier trading with no more than 15% of my porfolio. Now here is the question at last , I want to 100% get my head around the Binance trading site after only really using it for simple trades over the last 18 months, I will probably want to increase my leveraging to x 5 max and want the in's and out of flash crashes, stop losses the works. Tution seems really crap out there on a lot of the YouTube type sites, does anyone have any good suggestions for tuition?.. looked everywhere and not all that great

I am probably one of a few that sees the Bitcoin level as fantastic news in the past month. Only 8 weeks ago I thought it would be out of this world if Bitcoin reached $10,000, not only has it done that and more, but right now it is holding a $14,000 floor after a much needed correction.
If some of you people are getting stressed about the direction of Bitcoin as it is, nothing will ever please you

Big jump in price in the last hour What a ride Bitcoin is

I have held Bitcoin for quite a while now and done very nicely, OK there was the dip in December, but you won't hear me complaining after the great year we have. I have also studied Bitcoin best I can, and apart from it being a great investment in my opinion it also has the power to do so much good in this evil bank ruled world. Bitcoin never ceases to amaze me and more often than not does the opposite to what I thought it would do. When Bitcoin was attacked by JPMorgan in August along with China closing exchanges I thought we had a year of downside to contend with, wrong. I have always thought that when Bitcoin arrived at the eve of it going mainstream I thought all the real fun would start, and I believed it did go mainstream when it $10,000 in December, well it did in the UK and I am sure the USA was the same, it was all over our mainstream news. But what happened, it took fright and there was a big fall and a slight rally and now it is flat lining. What a great ride owning Bitcoin is, but I am All in and going all the way

I heard a little about Bitcoin years ago and stayed away from it. I was still cautious about Bitcoin early in 2017, but realised that it was rising fast in value. Rather than try and understand Bitcoin fully I just excepted that it was rising fast and it looked like it could go much further, so I invested a small but substantial sum.
We all know what happened next, apart from a scare in August, WOW!! When I actually put my money into it my research began properly, yes I know that's daft, but I just listened to the clever people that loved Bitcoin rather than the grey suits in the banking industry who had every reason to hate it and just did not seem all that clued up on it to be honest.
I also now think Bitcoin is ethical, genius and a potential to be a massive force for good, but most importantly and selfishly for me a brilliant slightly risky investment.
Now here is my question and concern and I would love some advice good or bad. My small but substantial investment is now grown into a very nice sum in my ONE [Suspicious link removed] wallet, and that scares me a little to be now bordering on a little paranoia. I have never spent Bitcoin, I have never exchanged it back to £ pounds and the biggest worry for me that all that money is sat in one wallet in a company that is in another country.
I need now to start thinking security, for example how much should you have in one wallet, should I be using an online wallet, are [Suspicious link removed] ever reputable?

Having a busy night tonight doing a little Bitcoin research. Looks like tomorrow I am going to take a slightly bigger risk than I normally do with high risk investments and up my bitcoin stake. Just wanting to know how many 30% plus falls has there been in the last 5 years, if anyone can help?

And more importantly when? I subscribe to another financial site concerning house prices and the economy, a few of them have got cold feel over bitcoin, not me I might add

I am loving this website on a subject that I now find very interesting. One problem I am having is sifting through the over biased posts who will never see the problems with bitcoin as they have now invested in it, like me I might add, but I want to hear the good, bad and ugly, and obviously not keen on the silly childish posts.
Can I make a suggestion to the Mods who seem to be quite firm on this website and so they should be. But I would very much like to see them create a best of board on threads/posts they think should be read, yes I do trust their judgement.

I get the impression that bitcoin is becoming more resilient the older it gets. It has fought off a handful of crashes with the MSM then writting it off everytime to then see it come back stronger. Bitcoin has had a hell of a year in 2017 and seen highs I never imagined would happen. Right now I am sat here with my new funds for a 2nd sizable batch of bitcoin to add to my wallet.
It has been weeks now and not all that much has been happening, I was expecting a bit of a fall in price after so much of a gain. I cannot help thinking that there are quite a few people right now thinking the same, many are wanting to jump in. Looks like I am not going to get my fall, which is OK, but looks like I might have to buy in again when prices rise say 5% to 8% in the next few weeks.
I have told myself that whatever gains I make in the next year I will match it with money I have elsewhere to the point of Bitcoin being 20% of my investments, no more. Rule of thumb for me past decade has been risky investments no more that 15%, and that's high for me.

I just wanted to make the excuse as a new member to say hello, but I do have a few tame questions and share a few thoughts. I like to spread my investments like many do, the vast majority are safe, well as safe as you can be these days. But I do have a pot of usually anywhere between 7% to 15% of more high risk investments and usually by far my most fun investments. That is probably a bad attitude to have when it comes to investing, but we live once, unless that is you are buddhist. I was cynical and fearful of Bitcoin a few years ago, mostly the fear came from not understanding. But this year I read up a little along with a good mate pointing out to me "Do you really understand how banks work these days", and though I do a little, I really don't undertstand fully what they get up to, as most people don't. I am still a little fearful but there is so much I like about Bitcoin and the possibilities for it's future, it really could go all the way, and it is so much more honest than fiat currencies. Bitcoin is now my riskier investment and alreadt providing me with a little fun. I purchased my first lot of bitcoin a few months ago, wow what a start. Even though I am in for the long term it lifted me to see how well it was doing straight away. What I would like to know from some of you is what do you think of [Suspicious link removed] who I use, no complaints yet, but just want others opinions and are the better places to buy britcoins, and I will be buying more. And is there any good literature any of you would recommend, read loads of stuff online, but sure there is a lot more. And I have noticed that some great minds love Bitcoin from what I can see, but the mainstream are just terrified of it still. And that's probably my main reason for choosing bitcoin, if those people can be won over by what could be a great idea that could change the world, this could be big, but I do know how these thngs work, even great ideas can end up in the bin.
