I noticed most of you talk about months when it comes to creating forum Signatures.  I was able to create 5 signatures for our project in exactly 12 hours.
Since it takes so much time for some of you to create signatures, I decided to share what I learned about Signatures, Forum's BBCode, and motivate you.  
After 12 hours it will not be perfect but good enough.  If you spent more time to create icons out of BLOCKS it will be perfect.

10.  Hacks and Rules
1.  BBCode is forgiving sometimes.  Play with closing tags if you are over 4000 character limit. Remove closing tags and see what happens.  This works with SIZE and COLOR tags.
2.  Instead of adding white color, use space.
3.  Nest colors.  Use 1 outer color like in the Building example and then apply individual color.  Calculate which technique gives you less code at the end.
4.  Always test with SIZE pt2.  That way there will be no surprises.  
5.  Never use generators.
6.  Use Photoshop for color offsets if you need to do something creative.

Executive Summary

The Investment Bank
There are only handful of investment banks in the world.  Opening up an investment bank is not an easy process.  Onasander strategy is to open up the bank in multiple steps.  First, the goal is to execute a successful ICO.  Then, using the ICO money, setup an investment fund and make it similar to a hedge fund.  With time, growth, and experience, the plan is to turn the fund into an investment bank.

The Offer
Our offer is simple.  We use crowd funding to open up an investment fund backed by world assets.  We trade those assets, and profits from the trading go back into the value of the company, value of the token, and back to the original investors as dividends of 10%.  With time we turn the fund into an investment bank

10% Dividend
Onasander will pay dividends to our token holders.  The value of the dividend is 10%.   It will be paid every quarter with the following rules:

• The 10% payment is based on Onasander quarterly profits.
• Token holders must own tokens at the time of dividend payment.
• Dividends are paid only for quarters in which Onasander made profits.
• Onasander tokens must be owned by the token holder during the quarter for which the dividend is being paid.
• In case our investor holds different token amounts during the given quarter, the smaller amount will be used to calculate the dividend payment. This includes the number of tokens owned on the dividend payment day (which will fall outside of a given quarter).
• For investors not being vested (holding tokens) throughout the full quarter, the dividend will be prorated for the amount of days it was held during the quarter.

How Will Company Gains Benefit Token Holders?
Only limited initial investors will end up with our Onasander tokens.  Everyone else will be a client of our company.  The company will make revenue from trading, investments, and from client fees.  Our revenue will fuel the price of the token.

Ways Investors Will Make Money with Us:

• Dividends will be paid to token holders.  Every quarter, percentage (10%) of net revenue from trading will be divided and distributed among all token holders.
• Higher value of the company will be reflected in higher token price on the exchanges.
• As successful trades by Onasander become publicly known, and the company starts to have consistent revenue, people will jump to buy our tokens on the open market, driving the price much higher.
• Once we establish an investment fund, and later on an investment bank, the profits from our clients will also become part of the dividends that will be distributed to token holders.
• As the wealth of the world grows, our token supply will stay fixed.  This deflationary nature of the token will automatically grow its price.

Technical Details
Onasander tokens are cryptocurrency ERC20 tokens based on Ethereum technology.  Below you can get familiar with the technology and review how the ONA tokens will work, and how to obtain them in the ICO process.  The Onasander token will work just like a Closed-End Fund.  The number of tokens will be fixed.  The tokens will be traded among investors on an exchange.  Just like stocks, the token price will be determined according to the laws of supply and demand.  It means it will often trade at a wide discount or premium to the net asset value backing the token.

Ethereum Wallets
Please note the above-mentioned wallets change pretty often.  Always research your best wallet options.  In case the investor does not have a wallet, he can simply fund these wallets using FIAT currency (real money), and purchase Ethereum on an exchange. He then sends the Ethereum into the crowd sale Smart Contract address.  It is very important not to send your Ethereum tokens straight from the exchange to our address.  You need to send your Ethereum tokens from the exchange to your non-exchange Ethereum wallet first, and then from that wallet to our contract address.

I'm looking for all possible information on development of Smart Contract app for Crowdfunded ICO.

Example Questions I'm interested in:

1.  Which platform is best going forward? Ethereum or other?
2.  What's the best approach to Smart Contract development? 
3.  Are there any Smart Contract examples out there for ICO crowdfunded apps?
4.  What IDE tools are best?
5.  What needs to be included in the ICO Smart Contract application?
6.  What's the best way to start this, learn the code, best wallets to use, best platform, approaches?

I have technical background, so programming the application would not be difficult for me, but knowing what to program is the hard
part. The "English" part is what I'm missing.

I'm looking to execute a major ICO.  My company is in United States.  I don't want to offer my ICO tokens to US clients (since that is illegal in US), but I want to register the company in US and use US bank.  Is that legal, would US stop me from anything?  

If it's not possible, or risky to do this in US, what are my options?  Am I looking at Europe, Cayman Islands?  
Obviously I want to be as legit as possible and my first choice would be US.

How do you store your tokens off line?

I have been sending Bitcoin all month to my exchange and it would get there under 1 hour.  I send some about 8 hours ago, and not a single confirmation.  Why?  What creates these exceptions?  I used the same fee as always.

Like the topic says, which coin would you use for fast and cheap transactions between exchanges?

For not I'm using Litecoin, but there has to be something better.  I know LiteBitcoin is going to be like that in the future, but I need one for now.   

My warning posts kept being deleted on this forum about a specific coin, until it became obvious the coin turned out to be a scam.  Here is a simple list that will teach you how to avoid them, and not feed the criminals:

1.  Big Premine.
2.  Owners/Devs have big wallets.
3.  Owners/Devs staking big wallets.  They don't  sell their coins, they only dump the staked coins.  Cornered Staking.
4.  Staking does not have WEIGHT setup properly and devs/support tells you to ignore that.  Staking is faked, in their favor.
5.  Daily trading volume way bigger than market cap (VUC few days ago).
6.  Dev/Owners from Greece.  Major red flag to me.
7.  Lack of website, or website down for days (end of ponzi run).
8.  Owners/Devs failed at one coin, created another.
9.  Coin uses same exact source code with same parameters like another coin.
10.  Scam warnings posts being deleted from the forum (major, major red flag).
11.  Lack of development especially when the team promises a lot.
12.  Masternodes with unrealistic reward, and very high node requirement.  Forces you to buy coins.
13.  Invisible team, No project.


All developers/owners/manager of a coin should have their passport scanned just like coin buyers at exchanges.  It should become public info. Exchanges should never list a coin without approving the owners.  The owners should put a huge coin bounty at the exchange in order to be listed.  That way the ponzi would have no chance to repeat.  I know 1 owner that repeated the scam 3 times already.

I will not be surprised if this post gets deleted.  

How to store Custom Ethereum based tokens on Windows Desktop?
I can't find a single Desktop wallet that can do this, and I do not trust anybody.

Do you guys store your custom tokens local, or you use online services?

List your top 3 coins in terms of technology and what features you like in them. And then list your Imaginary coin and what technologies you would have in that coin.

1. Linda Coin - masternodes, pos, pow, and stuff like that.

I am curious what people actually like about these coins besides the financial aspect of it.

I'm surprised this name was not chosen.  Libero coin was a famous coin from the Roman Empire.  It was designated as: liberty, free, sovereign.  Perfect coin to show off how decentralized, government free money should be.

Since this is my first post, let me make it productive and try to give back to others.
Having decades of experience in trading and investing I can tell you (I'm sure you can see it also) there is a major shift going on in crypto currencies.

As of right now, most coins have decoupled from Bitcoin.  Bitcoin is under performing and alt currencies are over performing.  Either Bitcoin will have to catch up, or Alt Coins have to come down.  The big price on Bitcoin is a psychological barrier.  It filtered out the speculators and everyone went for the coins priced in the .0001 level.

Interesting what is going to happen forward.  If I had to buy more .0001 Alt Coins I would hold on to some BTC in order to get my target coins when the rations flip to the opposite.  Not all my money would trade like that, but some of it, just in case Alt Coins pull back.
