all you can mine is etherum or etherum classic with a rx card, you can’t mine bitcoin cant really mine any other algo decently, do your self a favor and sell it for a 10x nivida 1070 or higher if you want to have options to mine.

My funds were withdrawn on there today , I had 2FA via google authentication and also email code confirmation for withdrawal
Seems like and inside job because they were also able to change the account password without and emails being sent or confirmed.
The only emails I saw were the account access emails , so it seems they have a serious flaw or breach.
Beware !!

Please point me in the best direction and thanks in advance I heard there’s a guy called Vorskoin that is expert on reviews on stuff likes this maybe he can do a review of The most profitable appliances for mining?

Got into an argument with somone over the fact I belive all non forked algos
other than x16r snd c7 , the new Phi version and CN heavy have large amounts of FPGA and ASIC hash , hidden or public.
He disagrees saying Neoscrypt is fully asic resistant, does anyone have data on popular Neoscrypt coins like Vtc and thier hash rate rise over the last 12 months months?
My new thing is to use 50% of my hash on coins and algos that dont have asics yet since even with low profit i can get twice or morw of the amount of rewards so it plays well long term

* updated I am located midwest USA** Had the antminers since sept 2017, won the lottery with these ones, run great no bad boards max hash always on viabtc , average hash rate is 13.7-8 never 13.5 on the whole batch Same with the A3s if you have good cooling you can oc to 1th at 1350 watts, I ran them at 900th in the cooler spring. 2 D3s are installed with the blitz firmware so you can oc and underclock undervolt as much as you want I also have 5 antminer 1600 watt psus prices per unit s9s 13.5 th - .11 btc A3s - .075 btc D3 - .04 btc A++ psu 1600 watt - .017 btc I also have 1 D3 with a bad board but replacement in hand too lazy to swap em -.065 btc ( you get th board too) buyer pays shipping, escrow of course I have a bunch of 100 and 200 bitmain coupons too i can throw in , per unit , 1 200 one per s9, and the $100 ones per A3 or D3 All miners and PSU's have original boxes A3s D3 S9s

So anyone want to predict what the Monero diffulty goes to on the 6th ?
current diff is - 116,825,734,095 total hashrate -957.59 Mh/s give or take?
Personally I predict at 30% inital drop , before GPU miners switch back over from other coins
so difficult goes to 81,778,013,866.5 hash rate to 600 mh/s

Mining with a laptop is doable but due to small form factor and cooling its not good for the long term life unless you run at super low itensity you temps should never be above 60 to 70 degrees. enter the gaming box https://m.newegg.com/products/N82E16814125990?_ga=2.176080554.982669761.1515295711-1094044687.1473467146&_gac=1.87904362.1514348364.Cj0KCQiAg4jSBRCsARIsAB9ooaur-084lfhW8FRzgbXQnm_gFiSeNE9rs8ZRpl7T5cCRhtWFyRHcO5oaAkwQEALw_wcBI know there are others that let you buy just the enclosure and the card you get separately but this on I tested and it works grate. you might say $600 is too pricy but currently all gtx1070 cards are going for around 500 to 550 anyways and with this one you get a 450 watt gold psu, 4 usbs , and a system that charges your laptop through the thunderbolt connection so you save a power cord too. Also get a nice spiffy case and led lights the thing is tiny. Im my breif tests it connects and installs as if u plugged in a pcie card,no drivers software needed on win 10 creators I have a 1060 6gb in my laptop so now in Afterburner i see both. currently using both on eth and lbr to test and i run the 1060 at ethi 2 so i get 15mhs eth 15lbr 65 degrees stock mem the gaming box gets 30mhs eth 37 lbry at 600 mem and 85 powerlmit i tried lower powelimits like my desktop cards but i think its a thunderbolt thing illconnect them both to a wattmeter later. So there you have it , easy gpu mining on any laptop with windows and thunderbolt withoute killing you laptop. like i said all prices on cards are high at the moment so its not a bad idea to pick one of these up. High quality 1070 8gb, great cooling , temps stay at 75 in my hot bedroom and its quiter than the laptop itself

XFX Dual BIOS Mining Equipped for gaming and mining We know enthusiast like options, our RX 570 and 580 graphics cards are shipped with a Dual BIOS. If you want optimal gaming performance just install it and go. For cryptocurrency mining, simply shut the system down and flip the BIOS switch on the card. Our mining BIOS is already tuned to give increased mining hashrates without hassle. from this page http://www.xfxforce.com/en-us/products/amd-radeon-rx-500-series/rx-580-gtr-8gb-dd-led-rx-580a8dbr6i grabbed a few gtrs this week alrrady flashed them but this sounds interesting to me anyone try those bioses? or even know what cards have this?

both these companies were relevant when btc was trading around $150 to $300
Black arrow had a decent model and miner at the time but they chose to seek quick profits via scam and non delivery late shipments, mining with customer gear and totally killed thier rep.
Imagine if they could have stayed alive , all thier shipments were based on pre orders, they could have kept increasing thier tech with prefunded $$ and made hundreds of millons mining and selling gear smh.
Sp tech is even worse, had a great product but was unwilling to compete with bitmain even though they had a. loyal following. They must have had shit accountants cuz if they could have kept shipping miners for a few more years they would probably have been major players with thier great rnd and software. but they chose to sell out to big cloud companies and eventually that dried up for them too smh

https://blog.ethereum.org/2017/10/12/byzantium-hf-announcement/damn those buggers 3 eth reward now instead of 5 15 sec block time I though they promised 12 The promise profitability will go back to October rates so an increase of about 30% from what the difficulty bomb took from us, but that remains to be seen. Personally I hope metaverse price keeps climbing so i can move my rigs to that. Who is going to compensate us for 4 months of 30% less earnings

Trying to replace my six gpu rigs with these boards I have two of them
everything seems to work , but when the its strange on both of these boards , rx 580 cards I cannot change voltages on afterburner with these boards
I have the latest bios and everything, so its not that. I have had other ASUS boards the 270-P boards and never seen this issue.
I also tried saphire trixx same deal , it does let you appear to change the voltages but when you look at the true voltage using GPU-Z its the same
any ideas ?

Anyone have experince with running cgminer or sgminer next to ethminer on the same PC? theoretically it should be easy , just run both and adjust the intensity on the dual coin and things should work fine but I am having a hard time finding a working version for either algo since everyone else seems to be using claymore. here is what I use for sgminer version 5.3.4 eth setx GPU_FORCE_64BIT_PTR 0 setx GPU_MAX_HEAP_SIZE 100 setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1 setx GPU_SINGLE_ALLOC_PERCENT 100 setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
set host=%COMPUTERNAME% echo %host%
FOR /f "tokens=1,2 delims=-" %%a IN ("%host%") do echo %%a& set hostid=%%b
echo %hostid%
sgminer-x64 -k decred -o http://dcr.suprnova.cc:3252 -u Rig.%hostid% -p x -I 8 -w 64 -g 2 it gets to the point where it loads the kernel and just freezes. Asto the reason I am switching I am of the belif that the stopping and starting of claymore for dev fee mining is detrimental to my rigs around 10 rigs I have been having issues with , where after a few hours sometimes 10 hours or so they either crash and reboot or I see cards mining at 8.3 mhs bascially sick/dead. After the switch to ethminer no such issues and i just donate one time and do not have to constantly deal with the dev fee
