As per title, I need someone reasonably skilled with Solidity whom I can contact via phone call to have an "on the go" review, step by step, of smart contracts every now and then. All paid in advance in cryptos on occasion of service basis, but this would go on for some time.

As per title, I would like to create an exchange and am able to pay what is fair for a small to moderate size project.
Ideally I would like to pay 50-100 eth in total, including any server requirements.

Please recommend me some possible avenue to find such professional.

I cannot consider cheap freelance options because I need someone whom I can trust not only in their competence, but also in their morals (since there would be people depositing funds in the exchange, last thing I want is paying little and having the dev himself hacking the exchange).

I am interested to find out more about this niche as I can always see big injections of capital around it, possibly sparked by the attention the ethereum community seems to be giving to it. Simply put, tends to pay well to be an early investor in those.
So far other than Raiden Network (which everybody knows) I have identified Plasma / Plasma Cash, which Vitalik has talked about, and Striim by Hubii network which is gonna be officially launched this week.

- first coin to implement (today's news) Atomic Swaps (which enables exchanging it with BTC without the use of third party exchanges)
- second only to Monero for what concerns privacy and anonimity; being currently widely used in Venezuela by citizen to protect their wealth from the corrupted socialist government

Those three factors together make it a good buy at present price of 215$.
