TLP - это реестр людей, принимавших или принимающих участие в проектах, которые по той или иной причине, обратили на себя внимание участников криптосообщества.

Обращаем  Ваше внимание на то, что проект TLP не несет в себе положительную или отрицательную оценку деятельности людей, попавших в этот реестр. TLP создан для оперативного ознакомления с деятельностью представителей, интересующего Вас проекта.

На данном этапе, не вижу смысла использовать блокчейн. Возможно в дальнейшем.
