I have just came across a Reddit post stating that around 5,500 emails + plaintext passwords have been leaked by some site:

I suggest you check whether or not your email is on that list.


OP is a huge dick by hiding the site but the top 2 candidates it seems are LTC4You.com and Cryptsy.com



Edit: Probably not Cryptsy as the passwords were in plaintext. However, please use throwaway passwords when signing up for pools/faucets as most of them use the same script (which means they also save your password in plaintext).

For Primecoin, is it better to have multiple, smaller miners or one large one?

Say I have 10x computers mining at 500 PPS each. Is that equivalent of one computer mining at 5,000 PPS?

In other terms, should I expect to find blocks at about the same rate as the larger miner?

Alright so I recently bought a $20 plastic box fan from Home Depot to cool down my rig.

Only problem is, after like 5 days of continuous running, a melting plastic smell begins to come out of the fan.

I think the wiring is getting so hot that some of the plastic is melting.

Do you guys have any suggestions on a box fan that can run 24/7 without burning my house down?
