I lost my phone, and bought a new phone with new number. But when I try to login Aladdin pro wallet, it asks email and phone verification, which I currently have only email.
As I don;t have the old phone number, I can not login to my wallet. But I do have passphrase/memoric  phrase which is 8 sentences.

So now when I try to add account on Aladdin wallet and put my passphrase, the ADD button under isn't clickable. what could be the problem? Can anyone help me please.

Hi, first time using Ledger nano s, with MEW wallet, i log in, it shows 5 different MEW address, are those all mine? who created those account, and how come I don't see private key when I log in those accounts? Hi, can anyone help me here? I am trying to deposit in IDex exchange but, every time i deposit it says Error in txn.

I know how people feel, those who invested in December or January like me, who fell love with crypto, and the way price was going up, never believed I have to see market cap under $250 billion. However, Everyday I check my Black folio app, I feel sick in my stomach. Sometimes I feel what I have done? But i knew there was a risk, i knew, I could lose money, but I couldn't control my rush of blood, seeing people buying right and left whatever they could.

But my question to all those investors, do you believe in crypto? If you do then hold tight because good days will come, if you are not in need an emergency cash, then hold your coin, It can't be red all days, it will be green. have some faith in this industry. We are already in 2018, and right now it is good time to invest in some Alt coin. I believe 2018 will be boom of Alt coin just like what happened in 2017 for Bitcoin & Ether.

4. Stella Lumen - This coin will have lots of media coverage, and enormous potential to become top 5 coin, once Fairx launch, Price will rocket up, and lots of company planning to use their system. Some of the ICO currently happening under Stella, another reason, you should buy this coin.

Hi, I used my old tag/memo to send 27 thousand lumen to bittrex, but the deposit was missing last few days, and Bittrex saying they will not able to recover my coins.
But i just wondering this is the same tag/memo i used last week. how can there be a new tag/memo?

Hi, Yesterday morning i did transfer 30k lumens from kraken to bittrex, and waited few minutes, it didn't show up into my account.

Then i login to bittrex, check the memo/tag, and it different one! but i thought i can use same address & memo/tag i used last week. So now it seems changed to a new one.

I submitted a ticket, but bittrex still has not respond to my ticket. I hope, they can recover the coins.

I am kind of new in crypto currency, and recently i found out, you can get rewards from some alt coin, if you keep your coin in their wallet. This is very interesting idea and will bring more investor to their doors. So i am thinking to make a list, which alt coin currently gives you benefit.

1. Neo is my most favorite coin because i get free Gas. So for example if you keep 10 Neo in the wallet, you will get 1.2 Gas in a year.

Now there are 3 groups, who are trying to control the bitcoin. First the top 6 executive, currently who has all power, and called off the segwit 2x fork. 2nd the mine farm, who also has control 30% of power and 3rd the stakeholder.

1. 6 Top executive who called off the segwit 2x fork 24 hours ago, and within minutes we seen the result of increasing all alt coin as well as bitcoin price, as some where happy it won't be divided. So that means those 6 people has so much power and controlling bitcoin future. Which is not good!

2. Bitcoin miner who want segwit 2x to happens, because they don't want those 6 people control bitcoin, as they also wants power. 3. That's why you see all of sudden all price going down but Bitcoin Cash price going up, because more and more stakeholder moving bitcoin to bitcoin cash.

So this is game of power, not sure who will win end of the day but, we the average ppl will lose so much money because of some greedy people.

Well, I think it is indeed too much complicated and harder to use, you have to have knowledge about how it works on internet. You have to make an account, buy bitcoin from different sites ( which takes 5% to 7% Fees) then transfer to exchanges for trading or to use.

How can a normal people, who usually watch youtube video, use fb or other social media, you expect him/her to know all these things? I seen people give up easily, and think it's too techy.

I believe if Bitcoin sell coins on their official website, with lower fees, such as 1% to 2%, and make  a simple wallet for people to use, more & more people would buy and use it.

When you use Bank or Online banking, If you have any problem, you can actually go to branch or call the customer service fix the problem, Bitcoin have no phone number, no branch, no one to contact if anything goes wrong.

The desktop wallet are too complicated to use, it has some weird functionality, such as MEW, every time you login, you have to use key chain, or a file as your private key and password, when you get a get it doesn't not show on your account, you actually have to add custom, which is really confusing sometimes. And i always hear people ger hacked, their balanced is gone. which is really scary after all these security in your wallet? strange!

Bitcoin does not have their own official site, so lots of people visit other junk/spam/hacking site, think it is bitcoin site and can get help.

It's really hard to buy bitcoin in certain country, such as Canada. Yes i know you can buy from coin base, but they do not allow more than $100 bitcoin per week, and we are not allowed to sell. Lots of people other thread offered local bitcoin, but when bitcoin price is $6800, they sell it on $7800, That's $1000 extra plus 5% fees of the amount. Why people have to pay that much money extra to buy bitcoin? why don't they have an official site, where you can buy in current price?

Why most of the exchange does not allow you to buy bitcoin with USD? 99% time you have to transfer money to exchange to do trading or to buy alt coin, which is really a headache. So you tell me, all these problem, why would a normal average people, who doesn't have enough time will invest bitcoin or any other coin? This is rea reason i believe we see the market cap in crypto currency under $200 billion. If it was easy to use, for normal people it would have jump to Trillion dollar.

Had really bad experience with etherdelta, i just wanted to try, deposit some coin i got few weeks ago, my ether transaction showing coins is in etherdelta account, but when i check my account, balance zero. very weird. tried their support, even that is worst, nobody would answer or anything. how even people trade there, strange!
