Can Coinsecure just not accept documents we send after June 30 saying they said so? They did not even communicate by phone or mail - just email. Are we supposed to keep a check on them or is it their responsibility to try to contact us and receive a response from us after losing our money? They are negligent and lose our money and now they are being so strict. This should be illegal. Can they not make any exceptions even if it's just 3 days late? Indian mail takes time anyway.

And what kind of backward tech company accepts only paper documents and nothing else?

Someone has logged into my account by sending the account key code to another email 2 times yesterday. The first time i received this email:

I then changed my password and signed him out. I also removed permission for all apps from my account security page and only have my personal phone signed in to my account.

I removed him again but i have nothing else to do as all app permissions were already removed earlier.
 
I have 2 step login activated with my mobile number but it seems that does not stop the login.
The password is unique and is only used in yahoo.
My other emails are safe so i know it's not my PC that has been compromised.

He tried to reset my password for other sites and was able to reset some passwords. Binance and BTC-e. But Binance i had google authenticator and BTC-e he was able to login but withdrawals from the site are paused at the moment.
 
EDIT : How is he able to add an alternate email account and send recovery code to log in from that email? It's not possible to add an alternate account without my password. And if he had my password, why add an alternate email.

The only thing i can think of is that some app is giving access to add an alternate email account.

I asked for a refund of Rs. 200000 which I paid and was deposited on 7 June 2016 (same day) but because of some KYC problem, I was unable to buy Bitcoins. I asked for a refund on the June 9 and received a reply on June 14 saying

"Your order has been processed. Please check Zebpay app again.
Really appreciate your business and support."

There is nothing in the Zebpay except that I can see the Rs 200000 and am unable to use it. I sent 2 more support tickets on 17 June and 22 June but no reply yet and no money refunded.

Why is it they can take my money immediately but takes forever to refund with a pathetic support? Amazon is a much bigger company but you can receive replies to your tickets in a few hours. Zebpay is just badly managed.

*For KYC : They wanted 6 months bank statement. How can I send my bank statement that can be misused to a company with such pathetic support?

Edit : Received the money today after the thread was posted and closed my Zebpay account.

I paid him 1,50,000 /- (One Lakh Fifty Thousand) for 3.937 BTC on 19th March, 2014 but he has still not given me the BTC always coming up with one excuse or the other and now his phone is unreachable. He first said he will pay me after receiving the money, then he said 48 hours, later he said  24th March, then 25th and then 27th but now he has not replied for 2 days and his phone is unreachable.

I have actually dealt with him a couple of times since 2013 but lately he seemed desperate for money and was acting weird. But i still paid him because i had bought from him many times. EDIT - HE IS A SCAMMER. No BTC/Money for close to a month now.

Maybe I can report this scam to the IT Department and the Police. On earlier occasions,  I have paid him for BTC to many different accounts.
