And proceeded to speak with him on Skype. I offered to buy a Stripe account from him and paid him the btc and right after he went AWOL and does not answer my Skype messages. Till he got the Btc he was very active answering all questions.

Then I posted on his thread saying I will give him the benefit of the doubt and that thread ended up being deleted by him since it was self moderation.

Now obviously he hasn’t contacted and leads me to believe he is a Scammer. So buyer beware of this guy!!

Wanting to find someone who is good at animation (Could be done in something like PS, flash or just on a simple whiteboard and done via stop-motion animation).

Specifically the animation is dealing with money and the journey of a lonely dollar bill. Total animation length will be around 1:30-2m long.

Bounty will be .75btc-1btc for the full animation. Would really like to see a 5s loop/preview of your style of animation and past work before I pick a winner.

With a little bit of digging , it seems that Janet Yellen is on tap to replace him. I'm curious about what impacts this could have on bitcoin and the markets as a whole. She has stated in a few reports I've dug up that she does not want the US to go the way of Japan with low interest rates which lead to stagflation. It could be a good sign for longer term US economics, however there would be a huge shock if the US went from the artificially low interest rate we have now to real market rates (4% to 6%)

As of Q3 2016, it was decided among our advisory board to both no longer seek listing on any public or semi public exchange, and to no longer seek outside equity funding. This is partially due to the low liquidity we have been seeing on various bitcoin exchanges, and also a change in the way we wish our company to operate.

Starting out, it was our expectation for rapid growth by leveraging the bitcoin funds we had received with traditional bank loans. Over the past 3 years we have made multiple attempts at this and fallen short of both exterior and interior funding goals between both equity and bank leverage. As of today, we have only achieved a 1:1.25 rate of leverage. Our original goal was to reach 1:3 within the first 2 years of operation, thus slowing down rental acquisitions considerably.

Although slow, the company continues to grow due to new partnerships that I have worked out with investors outside of bitcoin and internet exchanges.

Because of these dealings, we as a company have decided that it no longer serves our investors a useful purpose to continue on as a company offering 'virtual shares', and have made the decision to convert all investment and structure to a traditional company. Part of this process will involve buying out all low-unit shareholders, and converting the remaining to direct stakeholders in our US registered entity. We believe that this strategy will help the company grow as it should, and to hit our longer term goals, which up till now have been very slow to achieve.

For the past 7 years or so I have really wanted to start a real estate investment trust (REIT).

My preference leans towards microfunding instead of traditional bank loans. Unfortunately to buy rental real estate in the US you either need to buy low performing properties (Tenant occupied, or pre-rehabbed ones) or cash. So, the options are either microfund or do hard money. I have preference to microfunding instead of hard money due to the fact that I can potentially raise significantly more capital and have lower funding costs overall.

The neat thing about cash purchases of real estate is that you usually get significant discounts as compared to financed deals.

Additionally you can refinance the property after rehab and occupancy to continue to buy more and more properties thus producing exponential gains over time.

Here are the benefits to such a venture project -

• Lower risk as compared to equities and other forms of traditional investment
• Perceived exponential gains over the course of several years
• Could benefit BTC with more legitimacy as it would likely become a extremely profitable company rather quick, funded by bitcoins. Additionally the REIT could provide discounts/benefits to tenants if they pay in BTC over USD

Risks of venture -

• Exposure to fiat
• Exposure to US Economy
• Trust

Of all of the risks the trust issue hopefully is the easiest one to clear up as I'm already successful with rentals and have been in real estate for a while.

So, i'm looking for feedback on this idea. I'm going to go through with it whether I can get listed on a bitcoin exchange or not (I can always drum up traditional investors) but microfunding it seems to be much more appealing to me.
