I'm in a similar situation to another user in an august thread

My funds are missing and have not been returned.  I have raised several tickets and the escalation form and no one is getting back to me from kraken


I withdrew 1754 EUR but it failed as kraken are telling me the BIC is not searchable. Which it is as I called fidor myself.  So since the 29th September I've been waiting for the funds to be credited back to my kraken account.   I'm really nervous that kraken are taking my money.  Also if it's credited back how will I actually do a successful withdrawal if they can't search a BIC from a bank that's been in operation for 30+ year's?
