It looks like you should be able to do it piecewise ($10 at a time, me paying ~1.51 BTC after each) if you feel $70 is too much to risk in one go.

Skill level: I am JLPT N1 and have been learning Japanese for over 10 years. I haven't sought professional translation qualifications yet.
I pay a lot of attention to detail, research unfamiliar information in great depth, and work hard to find the most natural and faithful wording.
