What happened to my fellow goat?

How was his username changed?
2  Bitcoin / Project Development / How to create a coin-flip type address? on: December 25, 2013, 07:56:56 PM
How would one go in the process of creating an address in which when somebody sent some coins to it, it would have a 50% chance of keeping the coins and a 50% chance of sending double the coins back, provided that the transaction is under half of the current wallet balance?  (Kind of like coinsflip.com, you send and it will send back if you win)

I am interested in claiming some new altcoin bounties.
3  Other / Off-topic / How does Satoshi Dice Work? on: December 19, 2013, 03:36:21 PM
How can Satoshi Dice make sending and betting automated?
4  Other / Meta / More default avatars? on: December 14, 2013, 12:36:58 PM
Would it be possible to upload a bunch of default avatars and enable only those so then people can have avatars?

Seems that a lot of newbs are complaining about that.
5  Economy / Games and rounds / Satoshi Martingale or double or nothing on: December 14, 2013, 12:30:28 PM
On PrimeDice, is it better to use the "double bet on loss" martingale strategy or just go double or nothing until you reach 0.002, which is the minimum amount you can cashout (minus tx fees)

The chance of winning is the same, right?
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Dogecoin on an exchange? on: December 14, 2013, 12:07:34 PM
Is DOGE on an exchange yet?  There's a lot of potential for this coin.
7  Economy / Service Discussion / Bitmit alternatives... on: November 22, 2013, 10:20:51 PM

Do you guys know of any alternatives?
8  Bitcoin / Mining support / Mining Earnings on: November 01, 2013, 08:49:40 PM
Am I able to send my mining earnings to a web wallet (e.g. inputs) or will they not be credited?
9  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Addresses - Shortening and Changing first character on: October 24, 2013, 12:38:14 AM
Using the bitcoin code, is it possible to change the starting character as well as the length of the address?

(e.g. instead bitcoin addresses start with B and are always 15 characters long)

What are the starting character base 58 codes?  (The ones used in base58.h to mark new addresses, example: F is 35)
10  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / How many GHs do you need to break even if you got a miner now? on: September 03, 2013, 10:31:02 PM
If I got a miner, delivered right now, how many GH's would I need to possibly break even, accounting for the ever-increasing difficulty?
11  Other / Meta / Member rankings on: August 21, 2013, 04:57:11 PM
When will I become a Sr. Member?  I don't seem to recall the new member rankings.

Thank you!
12  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Tx fees on: August 19, 2013, 02:54:42 AM
How are tx fees in the bitcoin client determined?  (Sometimes I get 0.004, sometimes 0.005, and sometimes nothing). Where in the source can I find them too, maybe I can create a pull request for lower tx fees!  Smiley

Thanks.
13  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Implementation of colored coins? on: August 18, 2013, 02:06:21 PM
The concept has been discussed before, but is the implementation of colored coins possible?  If so, how, and is it planned to be added to bitcoin soon?

19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / [ANN]Help me make a new coin, and get rich in the process! THE GOAT-COIN on: June 15, 2013, 08:39:53 PM
THE GOAT (A NEW "SPECIES" OF CRYPTOCURRENCY!)

Features:
- No mining, every client downloaded up until starts with two goats until there are 100,000 total "generation" goats.  Two goats can breed to get a litter of anything from 0.3 to 1 goat.  Breeding is like mining, the difficulty gets higher as more goats are made.
- You can sell you goats to buy more breeding habitats (you start with 1)
- There is going to be a limit of 100 Million goats.
- The goats generate milk and cheese which means the value of the goat goes "up" 0.1% every day.  For example, if you had 100 goats, the next day you would have 100.1 goats in your wallet

Is anyone willing to help me develop this?
New goats are created every 1.5 minutes
(block time)
Difficulty to breed starts low
Like the game farmville except with cryptocurrency

20  Other / Beginners & Help / New to bitcoin, how can I earn a substantial amount? on: June 14, 2013, 01:16:28 AM
I'm new to BTC so I have only a couple thousand satoshis from faucets.
How can I actually earn a substantial amount?  Here's what I'm thinking about:

- I can do graphic design
- I'm a musician so I can sell my music (for a price or for free with donations)
- "Pump and Dump" type thing
- Apparently invest in "Devcoin" because it is projected to rise

Which do you think are actually feasible?  Thanks for your input!  Smiley
