HYBSE current state is as a demo and the trading is only demo trading. This is because the Mauritius government hasn’t proceeded with the license to HYBSE yet. But the license is expected to be giving in March this year due to this statement:
“ According to the Mauritian Financial Services Commission (FSC), the custodian digital license for Mauritius will be available for application from the 1st of March 2019.”
