1  Economy / Exchanges / What's your record for Kraken holding your transfers? on: December 12, 2017, 02:02:21 AM
On hold... For 15 days now. How much I could have profited with that money in crypto these past days....
2  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Ledger Nano S BTC & BCH mixup on: December 10, 2017, 09:19:19 PM
So I want to free up some of the limited space on the Nano S for adding another app. I am not holding any BCH, so I was going to delete that one. To my big surprise though, when I open the BCH application, just to double check the balance, I see the same balance as I would when I open the BTC app!  Huh Huh Huh So now I'm scared to delete it, fearing that I might inadvertantly delete bitcoins along with it! Anybody seen the same thing?

Thinking I should temporarily transfer all my bitcoins off the Nano S, then delete the BCH app, and then transfer back the bitcions.
3  Economy / Exchanges / What is wrong with Kraken? on: December 08, 2017, 07:23:45 PM
Haven't been able to log in for weeks. Either it says "Invalid login", or it accepts the login and then gives me a 520 error.

4  Economy / Exchanges / Coinbase.com down on: December 07, 2017, 03:55:24 PM
When I go to coinbase.com, the web site says:

SERVICE UNAVAILABLE

Coinbase is currently down for maintenance. Please try again later or see our status page for more information.

So I go to their status page, and there's nothing there about the whole site being down. Are other people seeing the same?

Worries me when I have these issues, and it seems nobody else is. Starting to suspect spyware / malware on my computer. Maybe I'm just turning paranoid...
5  Economy / Exchanges / Poor (or non-existing?) customer service at Coinbase on: November 01, 2017, 08:09:11 AM
Been unable to log in to Coinbase for weeks now, because the web site keeps sending invalid SMS codes.

After navigating through the maze of FAQ's (No faq for this problem), I found their email form. After about a day they reply with the answer to a problem which I don't have  Roll Eyes They tell me all kinds of reason for why the SMS'es might not reach me.

COINBASE: THE SMS'ES YOU SEND ARE RECEIVED, BUT THEY ARE INVALID!

Seems the reply I got was automated as well, based simply on the categories you have to choose. Very disappointing.

6  Other / Beginners & Help / Mining with Antminer S9 over 3G/4G - Data consumption and latency on: October 17, 2017, 08:18:52 PM
Hello! New to the forum.

Planning to get a few Antminer S9's set up. I'm lucky enough to have free power, but no cabled broadband. I can get 3G/4G though.

Seeking anybody with first hand experience with:

1. Monthly data usage for one S9? Preferably recent measurements.

2. How much pool performance % is lost due to the latency?

On-topic answers only please. Thanks!
