I thought I would post something useful here so that I'd be able to participate on the forum proper.

Adding lookup-gap 2 and gpu-threads = 2 queues=1 or 2 speeds up my performance by about 100Khash but I have read that according to the cgiminer README that is what is causing lots of reject shares.

Setting the polltime to 1 and expiry to about 3-4 also helps when solo mining. Any other tips advice regaring having 2 GPU threads on 15 sec block times? It gets pretty crazy solo mining when the opportunistic hashers come along.
