YBF-M Bitfury mining mainboard

The YBF-M mainboard is a selfcontrolled SHA256* cryptocoin miner that works together with 1 up to a 10 YBF14S-H board(s)**. The YBF-M controls the YBF14S-H board(s) without the need of an extra computer or mining software. The YBF-M has it’s own miningsoftware which is accessible through a simple webinterface. Just connect a (CAT5 or higher) network cable to the RJ45 connector and it will connect through DHPC to your network at a speed of 100Mbps. In the webinterface you can setup up to 4 miningpools and the YBF-M will start hashing right away. Future firmware updates can be uploaded using the webinterface. Power is provided by a 12V powersupply connected to the PCI-E connector(s) or the screw terminal.

The YBF-M is designed and produced in the Netherlands.

YBF14S-H Bitfury mining board

The YBF14S-H is a 14 chip SHA256* cryptocoin mining board. The board has a very simple and effecient design, by placing the 14 chips in a string we do not need many extra electronic parts to control the chips. We use the Bitfury Rev 2 ASIC chip which has a maximum hashpower of 3.85GH/s. The Bitfury (rev 1) has proven in the past it is a reliable, stable and powerful chip that is why we choose it’s successor. This latest Rev 2 version has a power consumption as low as 0.45J/GH so the H-board only consumes around 20W at 12V input. Total hashrate of one single YBF14S-H board is 30 up to 38GH/s at 12V input.

The YBF14S-H can not mine on it’s own, it is controlled by the YBF-M Bitfury minging mainboard. You will need one YBF-M and at least one YBF14S-H to start mining. The YBF-M supports 1 up to 10 YBF14S-H boards.

The YBF14S-H has a unique PCB design so heat emission is very efficient. A heatsink is not necessary but the board does need cooling by an external fan. The fan is controlled by the YBF-M. By choosing your own type of fan you can build a miner a you wish, with extreme cooling (more noise), normaal sufficient cooling (low noise).

De bitcoincommunity member DobZombie zit in de shit en vraagt hulp van de community om binnenkort te kunnen trouwen. Dit is geen bullshit verhaal, deze man heeft al veel meegemaakt en doet veel voor de bitcoin-wereld, het is echt een betrouwbaar en echt verhaal. Stabiele miner met een rekenkracht van 1000 tot max 1200 GH/s. Miner is in prima staat (paar krasjes op de kast) en heeft altijd zeer stabiel gedraaid (± 2 maanden). Ik heb hem nooit op maximale kracht laten draaien maar op 1045-1080GH/s. Temperatuur van de miner tijdens minen tussen 43 en 56 graden. Ik heb zelf 2 extra Scynthe Fans ingebouwd voor extra koeling:
Push (Scynthe) - Pull (originele fans).

Geen extra computer nodig, hij heeft een controlunit (Pi) met mining software onboard. Via UTP aan internet hangen en minen maar.

Hij gaat de deur uit omdat hij me toch te veel stroom verbruikt en redelijk wat lawaai maakt, houdt hier dus rekening mee. Zorg ook voor goede omgevings temperatuur van de ruimte waarin de miner staat, deze mag zeker niet boven de 26 graden zijn anders wordt de miner te warm. Ik had de miner in een droge kelder staan, omg. temp. rond de 18 graden.

The YBF Miner is a great build-it-yourself miner. Choose your own 12V power supply and Fan(s), connect it to your network, set your pools and start miner! No extra computer needed, it has an onboard controller with own mining software.

YBF-M Bitfury mining mainboard

The YBF-M mainboard is a selfcontrolled SHA256* cryptocoin miner that works together with 1 up to a 10 YBF14S-H board(s)**. The YBF-M controls the YBF14S-H board(s) without the need of an extra computer or mining software. The YBF-M has it’s own miningsoftware which is accessible through a simple webinterface. Just connect a (CAT5 or higher) network cable to the RJ45 connector and it will connect through DHPC to your network at a speed of 100Mbps. In the webinterface you can setup up to 4 miningpools and the YBF-M will start hashing right away. Future firmware updates can be uploaded using the webinterface. Power is provided by a 12V powersupply connected to the PCI-E connector(s) or the screw terminal.

The YBF-M is designed and produced in the Netherlands.

We kept our design as simple as possible and tried to get the lowest power usage as possible. The YBF-M board only uses ± 5W when operating. Thanks to the modular design you can start mining with 1 YBF-M + 1 YBF14S-H board and expand to a maximum of 10 YBF14S-H boards.

You will need 1 YBF-M mainboard with at least 1 YBF14S-H board to start mining. The YBF-M will not work/mine on it’s own.

YBF14S-H Bitfury mining board

The YBF14S-H is a 14 chip SHA256* cryptocoin mining board. The board has a very simple and effecient design, by placing the 14 chips in a string we do not need many extra electronic parts to control the chips. We use the Bitfury Rev 2 ASIC chip which has a maximum hashpower of 3.85GH/s. The Bitfury (rev 1) has proven in the past it is a reliable, stable and powerful chip that is why we choose it’s successor. This latest Rev 2 version has a power consumption as low as 0.45J/GH so the H-board only consumes around 20W at 12V input. Total hashrate of one single YBF14S-H board is 30 up to 38GH/s at 12V input.

The YBF14S-H can not mine on it’s own, it is controlled by the YBF-M Bitfury minging mainboard. You will need one YBF-M and at least one YBF14S-H to start mining. The YBF-M supports 1 up to 10 YBF14S-H boards.

The YBF14S-H has a unique PCB design so heat emission is very efficient. A heatsink is not necessary but the board does need cooling by an external fan. The fan is controlled by the YBF-M. By choosing your own type of fan you can build a miner a you wish, with extreme cooling (more noise), normaal sufficient cooling (low noise).

Te koop 4 Hashbuster Micro 20+ GH/s boards met kliene fout.

In Januari 2014 heb ik 5 komplete boards zonder bitfury chips gekocht van Hashbuster.com. En ook enkele Bitfury chips via BitcoinValet's groupbuy. Ik heb de boards en chips naar bedrijf gebracht en die habben de chips met de hand er op gesoldeerd, per board hebben ze 1 uur werk gehad. Ze hebben er wel bij gezegd dat ze geen 100% garantie kunnen geven omdat het allemaal echt super klein is en eigenlijk machinaal moet. Eén boards heb ik werkend, volatge unlocked naar 0.95V en hij hashed op 24 to 25 GH/s op 30 to 35W (met heatsink en cooler).

Ik krijg de andere 4 boards niet aan de gang. De firma heeft het soldeer gecontroleerd en paar solderings verbeterd maar helaas. Bij opstarten : red Led dat bekent Power Bad of ik krijg de melding: chips are not found error (BFGMiner 3.9.0). Ik weet niet waar het aan ligt en ik heb geen tijd om het allemaal uit te zoeken.

Boards zijn nieuw, Bitfury chips zijn nieuw. Boards hebben maar 3x kort aan gestaan max 15 seconden. Er zijn geen onderdelen of chip doorgebrand of overhit geraakt.

Iemand met verstand van electronica krijg deze boards vast aan de gang en heeft voor een leuk prijsje 80 to 100(+)GH/s.

(p.s. de andere HBRs zijn Hashbuster Nano boards met expertimentele overclocking, 20+ % HW errors, ooops   )

Nog een opmerking: Ik heb geen contact opgenomen met Hashbuster zelf, hij zal me heus goed geholpen hebben maar hij heeft andere dingen aan zijn hoofd gezien de situatie in de Oekraine. Ik ga hem hier niet lastig mee vallen, er zijn belangrijkere dingen in het leven. Ik neem mijn verlies wel op dit projectje.

Selling 4 Hashbuster Micro 20+ GH/s boards with a small error.

In January 2014 I bought complete 5 boards but without the bitfury chips from Hashbuster.com. I also bought some Bitfury chip in BitcoinValet's groupbuy. Then I brought the boards with the chips to company which soldered the chips by hand on the board, it took them 1 hour per board. The company said they could not give a 100% guarantee soldering would perfect due to fact it's very very small and all. I accepted the "risk". I got one board working, I unlocked the Voltage lock, set it to 0.95V and it's now hashing at 24 to 25 GH/s and only draw 30 to 35W (with heatsink and cooler).

I can't get the other 4 boards hashing. They company checked the soldering again and fixed some minor solderings. I tested them again but no luck. The boards give either a red Led which means Power Bad or chips are not found error (from BFGMiner 3.9.0). I don't have the time to investigate the problem, so I am offering them to real miner-tweaker-experts.

Boards are new, Bitfury chips are new. Boards have only been powered for testing three times for max 15 seconds. No chips are burned or overheated.

I think somebody with knowledge of electronics can fix these boards and can have a nice 80 to 100(+)GH/s hashpower for a good price (or just have fun fixing these babies).
