So I had some BTC in an online wallet and decided to send some to BTC-E to trade with.  I first sent .07 BTC and unknowingly sent it without a fee.  I've read that this could take days and may just get canceled?  Will it ever confirm?  Anyway, I wanted some coin in there so I sent another transaction of .5 to the same address with a .001 fee thinking it would be confirmed faster.   4 hours later and both still sit in the blockchain with 0 confirmations.  What did I do wrong on the second transaction and what can I do, if anything?

With football coming up and a reminder of growing up spending $5 to try my picking skills, Id like to offer NFL, NCAA and combo parlay cards.   These are Vegas and local bar style cards that would normally be printed and torn.

Rules

All cards are BTC0.05*
*subject to change if BTC price falls or climbs, or if users request higher card prices for increased winnings
Minimum 3 Team/Picks and Maximum of 10
All cards must be submitted no later than the first weekly game.  Any tie on spreads or over/under lose.   No more than BTC5 will be paid on each card.  All games must be played on scheduled dates.

4 for 4 pays 10 to 1
5 for 5 pays 15 to 1
6 for 6 pays 25 to 1
