With a new Coin being launched every day now'ish, which are the worst Cryptocoin names to date?
We haven’t used a fraction of the words in the dictionary yet, but some dev’s are picking triple barrel names or even misspelling existing coins names!
Let me start off with two of my pet hates: Dev’s with no imagination whatsoever!!!
Reddcoin Netcoin2
Please feel free to post your pet hates for new coin names below:

I can’t believe you clicked this link but now that you’re here:
Are there no good coins names left? of course the best names are gone: Bitcoin, Netcoin, Primecoin, Megacoin, Globalcoin….etc and even the worst names are gone… Crapcoin etc.
But now we see triple barreled names like Perfezione coin! Ok it’s not English but WTF!! There is alphaomegacoin. Soon every fruit, veg and spice will be a coin, every animal, fish, colour, drug, fabric, country, state, STD will be a coin, yes 99% will die now that a 12 year old can create there own coin and we will be left with the top 10 or maybe 20 that will hold any value? What are your thoughts?
Bitcoin will always’s be No1 even though almost 50% of it’s coins have already been mined and it’s not cost effective to mine it anymore until it’s value rises, and as 927 people/corporations already own 50% of the 50% it’s not exactly the people’s currency is it?
I would really like to hear your comments?

Are Giveaway's the New Mining? Is mining a fair way of distribution compared to giveaways? or are both needed!

Just a test to see how many would click it!! Sorry but WTF! Nothing to see here move along or leave a comment if you think 100 new alt coins being launched a month from next month is good for crypto currencies, or will it kill them all and destroy your investment/holding in all the other coins you hold?
Pop Quiz - One month from today, how many clicks will this thread have received? Open for 1 week only to post your reply to keep it fair!

Do we need the Exchanges & Marketcap sites take a stronger stand against what’s about to hit us? Hundreds of new copy coins every month, one on top of another with stupid names and big giveaways to get users hooked. Don’t get me wrong, some of the new coins launched in the last few weeks I really like and some of them will do well I hope.
Should new coins need to have a working wallet, branding, forum community of lets say at least X number of members and anything else you can think of to separate the existing coins from the onslaught that’s now about to hit us? Every coin that now exists is under threat.
Pre-mining at one time not so long ago was a dirty word and coins that did it were discounted but now since doggie, as long as there are lots of free coins being given away, hay it’s no problem anymore!! And I for one like getting free coins in giveaways as it makes distribution more fair I believe. But in a few weeks or months when every thread on the first 5 pages of BCT is a giveaway, people are going to lose interest or will they?
So what is needed to stem this coming explosion where exchanges and marketcap sites will soon need to have 5000 pages with 500 coins listed on each page, which of course will discredit all existing coins and we have not even gone main stream yet.
Suggestions?

Alt’s will be completely diluted by shitcoins soon and only the strongest will survive. Not only will this make it impossible for noobs to know where to start, it may also hurt the value of all other alts. I believe it’s now about either innovation or a strong team & community behind each coin that are seen to be building something not just launching another cheap copy & paste coin, add a big give away and hope for the best. Things have just become a lot tougher for those Alts in for the long haul.

Bitcoin Is Broken - And not just superficially so, but fundamentally, at the core protocol level. We're not talking about a simple buffer overflow here, or even a badly designed API that can be easily patched; instead, the problem is intrinsic to the entire way Bitcoin works..... http://hackingdistributed.com/2013/11/04/bitcoin-is-broken/

Ripple XRP ? What are they & who are Opencoin - Video Crypto Currency Payment Network Ripple ( XRP ) A-Z: Is a payment network first and a crypto currency second. Pretty much the opposite as you'd look at Bitcoin, Litcoin, Primecoin or Feathercoin or any other alt-coin. Where the currency is first and the payment network is secondary. If you remember the days before SMTP, users could only send email to people within their email network. Like AOL -> AOL. with the SMTP protocol we now can send email to any email address. Ripple is the same type of protocol but for payment networks. The banks have a network, Paypal has a network and crypto currencies each have a network. The problem is, they don't really work very well together. Ripple is a protocol to federate all payment networks just like SMTP did with email. Here's a quick video: http://www.thebullionblog.com/index.php?option=com_kunena&Itemid=110&catid=2&id=804&lang=en&view=topic
