[when I choose 10/sat byte]

I wanted to make a payment! below are details of txn.

but to send that   0.11 BTC TXN ,,, fee showing as .0021BTC (120.4$)  when I choose 10/sat byte.

do I need to pay 0.002BTC fee ?

or am I fine putting custom amount like 0.00041 BTC ($24.81 USD) 0.00000096 BTC/byte according to (https://bitinfocharts.com/comparison/bitcoin-transactionfees.html)

my ledger nano s was about to get the screen die, so I quickly sent those funds out there to a new wallet. so I can't connect electrum atm to get help from RBF (now ledger nano is broken and importing just seed on electrum doesn't seem to be working. )

from below 3 payments was made from ledger wallet to new and another payment made from btcpay server ,which seems also don't have RBF support. so I'm f*****d in all 4 txns below. your help appreciated.

 and my cutoff is 3% for each successful payment from a buyer => then BTC need to release from received wallet -> 97% for sellers address  and 3% for my address.

i paid him money for iphone 7plus ,

i got my lesson, but i madly believed him

you also guys, never believe stranger again
they will show you how trusted they are, but they aren't most of
the scammer will refuse accepting escrow also
all those happened in this case ; but i madly believed him
