Usually, if orderbooks are visualized they only show a moment in time. The visualizations on http://www.dancingbots.com show the chronological sequence of limit orders, which could help to identify market manipulations and orders palced by bots.

Not sure how to interpret the different patterns you can see, but at least it looks interesting imho.
