Hello everybody!

I am offering BTC loans over 0.05BTC and max 0.1BTC per user. A valid collateral is a must.

Terms and Conditions

-Collateral's value must be at least 120% of the loan amount.
-Minimum accepted interest is 15% for collateral with high liquidity. You should offer a better interest rate depending on your collateral's liquidity.
-Max loan period 14 days.Max loan period 30 days
-Grace period 7 days (which comes after the max loan period of 30 days) -> Penalty: 10% extra interest must be paid. eg: if the agreed interest rate; 15%, you must pay 25%
-Negotiations regarding the loans will not be accepted via PM and use this thread for loan application as well as negotiations.
-Escrow will be accepted through trusted escrow services and you have to bear the escrow fees.
-I have the right to deny any loan request which doesn't look attractive to me
-If the loan accepted, I will bear the TX fees for sending BTC and you must bear TX fees for the repayment.

I don't know how many bitcoin miners are currently mining bitcoin. But, I guess that the majority of cryptocurrency miners are mining bitcoin. It is expected that the last bitcoin will be mined around year 2140. There will be no block rewards for bitcoin miners after that and only transaction fees can be collected by miners for verifying the bitcoin transactions.

In order to be profitable for miners, transaction fees have to be increased by a significant amount by 2140. The issue with higher transaction fees is people may be discouraged to use bitcoin which may cause a reduction in bitcoin transactions.

Then, will it be profitable to miners to verify transactions? Will miners leave bitcoin?

I am not sure how this will work. What do you think?
