This is a fully independent review. I do not work for Luxor or Altair nor was I paid or received any sort of compensation from any other party in which I am reviewing in this post.
You can look here to see if your miner is compatible with LuxOS. https://docs.luxor.tech/firmware/compatibility
For those that don't know what the Urlacher kit is it is a miner modification that was hacked together by David Urlacher https://x.com/0x0B17C019 a firmware dev at Luxor.
He found a way to run the Bitmain Antminer S series at 120V with a Loki kit and a APW3++ PSU. The conversion kit can be purchased with a wifi controller and molded PSU case through Altair here: https://altairtech.io/product/urlacher/
This is not a review of the "Urlacher" kit but I will note that the "Urlacher" does not run at a full 120TH hashrate with the S19KPro 120TH miner, half hashrate of over 60TH is easily achievable with decent energy efficiency and maybe room to squeeze out a bit more but I am happy with these settings so far.
LuxOS:

Here are the hashboard settings to achieve this:

Grab a glimpse into each of the hashboards performance:

Setup the max temperature settings you desire for the miner:

The "Advanced Thermal Management" is really nifty as parameters can be set to automatically adjust the performance of your miner based on environmental temp:

Fan control (and noise) in my situation is key so here you can see the level at which the fans are hard set to:

Pool configuration is where I am most pleased with the LuxOS firmware. The ability to have the miner mine to multiple pools at the same time and be able to select what % (Quota) of the miners resources I wish to send to any pool is a huge positive in my opinion.

Here you can see I am mining to 4 different pools all at the same time based on the % of hashpower I wish to allocate to each pool:

Decent Log View:

Some of the Advanced Settings:

My summarization:
The LuxOS / Luxminer firmware is feature rich and allows for quite a bit of tinkering and customizing of each and every miner.
Pros:
Rock solid firmware with no crashes on any of the 4 miners I am using it on.
The ability to mine to multiple pools at once and select the % of the miners resources you wish to allocate is great.
Easy to set custom profiles for miner performance.
Environmental temperature controlled (ATM) miner performance is phenomenal and the OS responds very quickly to changes in temp keep your miner safe.
API documentation is there and it allows you to control the OS remotely or integrate this into your own software if you so choose.
Ability to uninstall LuxOS with the push of a button.
Cons:
Dev Fee??? I can't seem to find what if any dev fees are being collected for the use of the firmware. This should be listed clearly but it seems to be quite hidden.
LuxCommander seems to be the easiest way to install the firmware but its another piece of software.
Missing the highest difficulty share submitted in the pool stats and or in the logs. IMO this should be mandatory for every firmware to keep pool operators honest.
