1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / L3+ Firmware on: February 20, 2021, 03:06:27 AM
When I got my L3+ it had VNISH firmware installed with a Dev Fee, is it easy to reflash it with Blissz 1.2 No Fee? Is that even a good idea if it's working fine? I couldn't really find a simple tutorial anywhere and I really don't want to mess anything up.
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Help! Can't get my new L3+ to mine! on: January 23, 2021, 06:37:31 PM
I'm about ready to give up, for the life of me I can't figure out how to get my new L3+ to start mining. I think I've got everything entered correctly - I'm using the same setting I used years back mining LTC successfully with a few Moonlanders. I've tried other pools (litecoinpool, Prohashing, Antpool), turning off all the antivirus on my router (TP-Link Deco mesh router), and even plugging the ethernet cable directly into the modem and bypassing the router completely. Unfortunately whatever I try I get the error: local0.notice cgminer: Pool connection FAILED. Check INTERNET, POOL URL or WORKER

Can anyone help? Thanks guys!

I know they are going for under $1500 new direct from Bitmain, but I'd be willing to pay $2000 for a used one in hand. Thanks either way!
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Can anyone give me a step by step guide for setting up Minera wireless on a Pi3B on: November 21, 2017, 09:07:15 PM
All I could find was a post from 2015, hopefully there is a more straightforward way to do this now because I don't really know what to do with this:

"SSH into Minera and do:

Code:
sudo wicd-curses"

Can anyone expand on this a bit? Thanks a lot for the help! I have a couple of Moonlander2s coming and I'm trying to get things ready in advance, but my only experience prior was a S3, which was basically plug and play.
