1  Economy / Exchanges / coinexchange.io is closing, remove you founds! on: October 01, 2019, 12:02:17 PM
Just for your information, you have 2 months to remove your founds.

Coinexchange.io is Closing Down
01/10/2019
It is with great regret that we must inform the community that the board of directors of CoinExchange.io has decided to close down the exchange.

This is purely a business decision and there has not been a security breach or any other type of incident. Unfortunately it is no longer economically viable for us to continue offering market services. The costs of providing the required level of security and support now outweigh our earnings.

Trading and deposits will be suspended on the 15th of October 2019. Please cease any deposit and trade activity as soon as possible.

The website and withdrawals will remain operational until the 1st of December 2019. We ask that you please remove all funds by this date.

It has been a fantastic journey and we have enjoyed playing a part in the crypto currency space. We thank everyone that has traded or listed a currency with us.

So sadly it is goodbye for now however we may return in the future if market conditions change.

2  Economy / Reputation / What if anyone copy-pasting the same message over and over? on: September 20, 2019, 07:50:44 PM
Is it considered some kind of plagiarism?
Is it only spam?

I did some reports on the past but usually, those "spam bot" will be not banned or nuked or anything at all (unhandled report).

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=2403619;sa=showPosts

Besides the fact reports are unhandled for illegal activity (selling accounts with KYC), in which case is this user?
How do I need to report this one to get some mod attention?

4  Economy / Reputation / Question for DTs ad red tag on all addresses in a single Bitcoin wallet. on: September 15, 2019, 01:29:40 PM
If I have found a wallet with 30 addresses and I have the proof that the owner of the wallet cheated with 10 or more accounts, do you will tag all accounts on the wallet?

My investigation is ongoing but this person has around 30 accounts on the same wallet, maybe a lot more looking on the merit suspicious history.
5  Economy / Reputation / Coinlocket$ reputation thread on: September 15, 2019, 11:36:38 AM
Since I'm a DT1 from a good amount of time and I am one the most active with feedbacks (6th), is time to open this thread.
If anyone of these 1000+ people with negative feedback from me wants to speak about his status, this is the place.

Local rule, anyone can write everything he wants but any troll/flame message will be removed.

Most of my ratings are for cheating somehow, feedback can be removed if you prove that I was wrong.

7  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Is possible to create a address with a personal key? on: May 30, 2019, 09:57:48 PM

If I want a personal passphrase or a private key chosen by me, is possible to link to those a Bitcoin address?

10  Other / Meta / The new forum, Why not smf2? on: May 14, 2019, 11:57:56 AM
I'm noob about it I just asking, SMF2 (RC) has been launched this year

https://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?topic=566669.0

I think the switching from smf1 to SMF2 should be not hard

Why don't use smf2 over Epochtalk if you want to change the forum?
11  Other / Meta / The invite and account section should be locked for newbies on: May 12, 2019, 10:52:45 AM
Just my 2 cents about this.

99% of the posts here (and threads) are from newbies for selling stolen/hacked accounts. (bet 365 Neteller skill PayPal, whatever)

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=234.0

Why don't we limit this illegal spam restricting the subsection only for Jr +?

I've tried to report posts and tag users but is useless they keeping coming with new accounts to create more spam

Sometimes I need to post big texts, usually with the BB [ code ] format to keep the post short.

Is it possible to add some info on this error message to know how many chars I need to cut?

Is frustrating to try random cuts and hope for the best.
15  Local / Guide (Italiano) / [GUIDA] Come avere un wallet grin su windows on: April 13, 2019, 09:52:56 PM

Tasto destro sullo schermo di linux e digitate

Code:
tar xzf grin-v1.0.3-514864287-linux-amd64.tgz
mkdir ~/grin
cp grin ~/grin
echo export 'PATH=~/grin:$PATH' >> ~/.bashrc
source ~/.bashrc

NOTA SE LA VERSIONE E' DIVERSA DOVETE CAMBIARE IL CODICE DENTRO QUESTO PASSAGGIO

Tasto destro dove avete fatto prima e questa volta digitate

Code:
grin

e vi ritroverete qui

A questo punto parte la sinconizzazione della chain e dopo una decina di minuti potete fare

FILE-> NUOVA SCHEDA e digitare

Code:
grin wallet init

Vi chiederà di inserire password e vi darà i seeds, salvateli  Grin.

Ora il wallet è creato, per vedere il saldo dovete fare questo passaggio

FILE-> NUOVA FINESTRA e digitare

Code:
grin wallet info

vi chiederà la password, inseritela e vi ritroverete il saldo del wallet.

L'invio e la ricezione di fondi su grin non funziona come per le altre crypto, potete informarvi sul link a fondo pagina

16  Economy / Reputation / Selling illegal service, red tag worthy? on: April 08, 2019, 10:58:49 PM
I see more and more this kind of services like this one, where they sell a subscription for TV channels and more.

Since is a Pay For View service this should be illegal, I'm not American and I don't know how it works there.

Do you think they should be redtrusted?

17  Other / Meta / Forum's bbcode bug or I missing something? on: April 03, 2019, 04:36:58 PM
I was trying to do a fake link post for the April fools but it seems not working, any idea?

The idea is quite simple to hide a picture behind a link

This was the fake topic

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5126790.0

I did manage to hide the fake picture behind another picture with

Code:
[url=https://images.indianexpress.com/2018/03/april-fools-day.jpg][img]https://puu.sh/D8myA/dcafd173da.png[/img][/url]

but when I tried to hide the picture behind a link the forum refuses to do it and removes all BBcode tags.

With this tag post only the image link without posting the written code "https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=3"

Code:
https://images.indianexpress.com/2018/03/april-fools-day.jpg
<- forum cuts the code when you use this code and post only the picture link

With those codes is not working at all

Code:
[url=https://images.indianexpress.com/2018/03/april-fools-day.jpg][url]https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=3[/url][/url]

Code:
[url=https://images.indianexpress.com/2018/03/april-fools-day.jpg][url=https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=3][/url]https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=3[/url]

Is it a bug, Is it not possible to hide a picture behind a fake link or more probably I'm retarded and do I do something wrong?

Edit I can't even post here the code, the forum automatically change it I post a picture
18  Economy / Reputation / Can you link the rest of those 7-10 accounts on: April 02, 2019, 04:42:51 PM
The hard part of the work is already done but if you will find more you will be rewarded with my personal merits (I've tried to apply to be a merit source if I ever will be one of them I will do more of this things)

This is all that I got, some of them are Alts, some of them can be Alts some of them maybe are not Alts, Maybe I've skipped some transaction and accounts post whatever you will find.

Most of them were on this campaign https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5041214.0
