What should I do now? Following the transaction ID I saw that he/she then exchanged WCT for BTC and sent everything to another address. Please help me guys!

How do I get money from Payeer to Paypal or any fiat money?
Payeer does not have direct link to Paypal, and all the exchanges suggested are scam or they ask insane commissions, like 15-45%!!
Payeer's website claims they can provide a mastercard, but during the adding procedure the only one they provide is a virtual one...not linkable to paypal...

 

Dear friends, in Coinbase, in order to verify your identify and eliminate the 9000 euro limit, you have to upload your ID pic.
I did it, but the first time the webcam did not take it, and it worked fine the second time.
Now in my Coinbase profile there is the confirmation that my ID verification worked, but at the same time there is still the 9000 euro weekly limit....with the writing next to it saying that I need to verify my ID in order to eliminate that limit...
