Is it possible to send a transaction that will not confirm, but go back to your wallet quickly?

I've seen [ANN] in a lot of posts, and I don't know what that is. I have googled, but found nothing.

I have a $100 MP that I want to sell for 1.1 BTC. I will send first to people that have substantial trust, or use escrow.

The payout is greater for a bet of over 3.5 points scored in a soccer match (France Vs. Russia). However, both bets require a score of at least 4, correct? So you would be better off on the 3.5 bet, correct?

The odds of a collision taking place, by my calculations, assuming 20 Million BTC address, are as follows:
2^256 1 ______ = ____________________
~20 Million (Estimated BTC Address In Existence) 5.78960446186581E69
Which is equal to:
1 __________________ Or .00000000005064660113837803 %
1974466158682.1443
That is of 1 single collision taking place, so it seems rather unlikely.
Has anyone ever been able to confirm that an address collision took place? I ask because we seem to worry a lot about it, even though the odds seem stacked against such a happening.

Is it possible to remove unconfirmed transactions, made with blockchain.info, without using bitcoin-qt, from this https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=231309.0 guide. However, I am unable to download the blockchain, because I can't download the blockchain (I only have 5 GBs a month of Wi-Fi). Is there any other way to do this?

How can I perform "wallet surgery" on a block chain.info wallet? I have a few unconfirmed transactions that need fees.

If you have a good reputation on here, and you need a loan, I can give you 0.1 BTC @ 20% for one week. If you desire other terms, you are welcome to post here, and if they are reasonable, that can work as well.
