Stunna, the owner of stake.com has given me negative feedback because I created a thread of how they scammed me for $80k (now around $100k)

It has been 2-3 months and they are holding my funds claiming some odds provide investigation but they don't have any timeline on how long it would take. Yes, it can literally take 10 years and they have stopped replying to me via emails.

I made some 500 bets within the last 1 month before the account was locked. They say because I win some 29 bets from 32 bets, I am a match-fixer. They have left me a -ve feedback as well without any proofs and purely based on assumptions.

Isn't this abuse of power that you scam people and if they report it, you leave them -ve feedback. I have posted all the proofs but they have only made stories that because I won many bets, I am match-fixing. Even trusted members like LoyceV are afraid to speak against them and believed their stories, by giving merit to their assumptions.

I have been waiting for around 3 months now and they are saying the investigation is under progress. I have posted all the proofs and in counter all Stunna, the stake's owner, has in return is that a player has won 29 out of 32 bets and that's why he's match fixing.

No one on the entire forum dares to speak against them .. please can someone support me get my funds out? If even they say a game was fixed, just void that particular bet but how can they freeze the entire $100k balance for 3 months with no evidence of match fixing at all

As far as KYC goes, 1 year ago my KYC was declined but I was allowed to gamble, play deposit & withdraw. If passing KYC was such a huge problem, why did they let me play then? Obviously because I was losing money

In past, I have deposited back funds when I was told some bets were wrongly settled as win while they should be voided. I mean if I was wrong, why would I return $10k that time when I had already withdrawn them?

I stated facts and during the discussion on thread, I asked if stake only freezes accounts of winning players or actually informs the losing players as well because if they feel a game was rigged then losing players must be refunded as well, if winning players are being rekt.

'm playing at stake.com since 4 years and never had issues, well, because I was losing money.

Somehow I managed to win a huge amount and now the ODDS PROVIDER is doing some investigation related to the integrity of the matches.

Facts

- Submitted KYC (asked after winning big) pending/under review for more than 1 MONTH NOW
- I'm a platinum 6 player (which is achieved after wagering more than 10 million dollars)
- My monthly bonus was taken away but fine bonuses are at their will so I'm not complaning.
- The VIP host and everyone else I know said "sorry we cannot do anything". I don't know what's the use of having a VIP host if they cannot even help you with such things. A robot can give out reloads and bonuses if that's what they are meant to do.
- Support said, sorry we cannot help
- I am NOT allowed to withdraw BUT ALLOWED TO GAMBLE.

This is done so that I gamble away my funds while they delay the withdrawal needlessly. I would love to ask them "how is a player allowed to gamble normally but NOT allowed to withdraw the balance?"

After more than 1 month of waiting, I have no option but to create a scam accusation here.

This means the odds provider can take years and stake will simply let the player suffer even if the odds provider doesn't have a reason or timeline

IF YOU PLAY AT STAKE .. YOU ARE AT RISK OF LOSING MONEY TO THE ODDS PROVIDER BECAUSE THE ODDS PROVIDER MAKES THE FINAL CALL AND STAKE IS BARELY A MEDIATOR EARNING COMMISSIONS BUT DOESN'T CARE ABOUT THE PLAYER IF ODDS PROVIDER DECIDES TO SCAM.

So I wagered some $3k on the game "Boom" and I saw my name wasn't visible on the XP contest.

I asked the support what happened and this is what they said

It was disabled before by an admin due to some past behavior. It has been activated again now. Refresh your page and you can start wager

So I was robbed of 6k XP points on the XP contest and on top of this I learned something new that "Admins can exclude any player for no reason and there is nothing you can do"

I have done nothing wrong so I want a reply from bitsler because otherwise, this is a clear case of rigged XP contests.


After threatening them I will report on forum, THEY ADDED THE XP POINTS. But I am not removing this thread ever, everyone should know about this, unless they give me a reason why they excluded me.

Now I was wondering whether it is a scam or just a referral link because anywhere I click on this page, it takes me to the actual stake.com with a referral link, but then why does it have to be shown in the google results?
