1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / How do I find out where my two Ethers are? on: December 13, 2017, 01:53:42 PM
40 days ago I bought about 2 Ether and had them transferred to the address 0x15Cb570d5Bdc88641872C9D129225605DFc56104, which was generated by my Ledger Nano S. When I checked today in the Ledger Ether App there was zero Ether in it. I checked with MEW, but there it was also zero. I checked the address on Etherscan and there I saw the 2 Ether were moved to this address. Might I have done something wrong here? How do I find out where my 2 Ethers are? Or better still, how do I get them to show up in my wallet?
2  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Inexplicably high fees on my Ledger Nano S on: December 08, 2017, 10:22:49 PM
I am a newbie and posted a similar question on the beginners page, so maybe this post is double. But the problem may be technical really. Here it is:

When I try to send 0.4 Bitcoin with my Ledger Nano S and the Ledger app, in the app a transaction fee is quoted of about 0.0015 bitcoin. But in the screen of the Ledger Nano S itself I have to 'Confirm output #2' for an amount of about 0.04 Bitcoin (25 times more). That 0.04 would be the transaction fee, right? I tried to do the same with sending 0.01 Bitcoin. There a fee of 0.00075 was quoted in the app, but on the screen of the Ledger I had to confirm an amount #2 of 0.16 Bitcoin! Always to the same address, 34ujQ..ekUk.

So can anyone explain what is going on here? I did not confirm any of the #2 amounts, because I don't want to pay $700-2700 for a transaction! But I don't know how to change this, so now I can't send any Bitcoins.

I did try to enter the satoshi amount myself (500), but then the same thing happens: a small amount is quoted in the app, a large fee appears on the screen of the Ledger app. I put in a request for this at the Ledger website already, but their answer can take weeks.
Some extra info: the 0.4 Bitcoin would consist of 3-4 bits of coin in my wallet.
3  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Is Ledger trying to charge me 4% transaction fee? on: December 08, 2017, 09:14:35 AM
I have tried to make my first bitcoin transfer using Ledger today. Of the total of 1,2 bitcoin (made up of 9 transactions) I want to send 0,4 bitcoin. When creating the shipment a transaction fee of about $25 is stated. But when I have to confirm the shipment on my Ledger Nano S, the screen says it wants to send 0.4 bitcoin to the address I put in, and about 0.04 bitcoin to another address.
Is that 0.04 btc the fee? That would be about $640, a lot more than $25. I tried to input the fee myself at 480 satoshi, but then the same thing happens. Does anyone know what is going on and how I can do a transaction with a normal fee of $25?
I already sent a request to the Ledger helpdesk, but that can take weeks. Thanks!
