The token is a representation of the stake each investor has in the fund. Return on investment is split into 2 equal parts. One part is shared as dividends to investors every quarter based on the amount of tokens owned. Dividends are paid in Ethereum( ETH or BTC) depending on investors preference.

The other half of the returns is spread across the total tokens in supply. This is expected to continually increase the Net Asset Value of the investor held tokens. The Net Asset Value of the token is calculated in realtime and always displayed on the investor's dashboard.

In line with the U.S Securities and Exchange commission Rule 506 of Regulation D, Investors need to be aware that the tokens purchased cannot be sold for at least a year.

However after the first year, investors would be able to sell their tokens at the open exchanges anytime they wish. The Kairos fund would also open a buy-back window every quarter for investors that want to trade-in their tokens at the current Net Asset Value.

Salve,
ho riaperto Bitcoin-QT dopo una decina di giorni e mi ha chiesto di effettuare l'upgrade alla versione 0.9.1.
L'ho effettuato e ho lasciato aperto il client per fargli terminare la sincronizzazione con la blockchain: 9 giorni rimanenti.
In mezza giornata è arrivato a 7 giorni e poi ho spento il pc.
Il giorno successivo invece è rimasto sempre su 7 giorni mancanti, nonostante io abbia lasciato il pc acceso tutto il giorno!
Addirittura oggi dice 8 giorni mancanti.
E' come se non andasse avanti con la sincronizzazione.
Ho controllato lo spazio libero sul disco e ci sono circa 60 GB.

Quale può essere il problema?

Utilizzo Ubuntu 14.04.

I simple copied electrum.dat file and i get again my wallet.

...but in "Receive" tab i noticed that every address has zeroed balance.

Ho fatto come scritto qui e ha funzionato. Però risultano soltanto 8 transazioni su 14 effettuate.
Inoltre gli orari e alcuni importi delle transazioni neppure coincidono.
Ma che razza di importazione viene fatta? Quale può essere il problema?

Hello, sorry for my newbie question but i would like to start mining for Bitcoin.

I make a lot of searches on forum and i figure out this:

- mining with CPU is a loss of time
- mining with GPU is a waste of money (because video card are expensive and they consume to much power)
- mining with Butterflay products is not possible because the site is probably a SCAM and even it isn't it is stupid make a purchase and wait months for receive it!
- mining with Avalan products is not possible (no products available on its site)

So... what could i buy to seriously start to mining?

Salve, ho aperto il programma BitCoin dopo circa un anno e mezzo dall'ultima transazione effettuata... e ho subito effettuato un invio di monete.
Successivamente mi sono accorto che in basso a sinistra mi diceva di aggiornare all'ultima versione (quella che avevo mi sembra che fosse la 0.3.2.1).
Ora ho installato la 0.7.1 Beta semplicemente sopra la vecchia versione e sembra aver letto senza problemi il mio wallet (avevo comunque preventivamente salvato il contenuto della cartella AppData/Roaming/BitCoin).

Il problema è che mi dice "out of sync" e quella transazione che ho effettuato col vecchio client è ancora in sospeso (ha come icona un punto interrogativo e 0 su 6 conferme).
Intanto in basso c'è un countdown dei blocchi rimanenti (che ignoro cosa siano sinceramente) che è partito da circa 80mila. Ora dopo 24 ore di esecuzione questo conteggio è arrivato a circa 6000 e rallenta sempre più, direi quasi esponenzialmente.

Quanto può durare ancora questo "countdown"?
E soprattutto, alla fine, la transazione andrà a buon fine?
