As of 3-15-16, over 100 blockchains are available, for syncing your wallet quickly:

With more being added regularly.  The are .zip files of the entire coin folder.

1. Back up wallet.dat just in case
2. Unzip to your coin's data folder, located in the Users/USER/Roaming (Windows) or ~/LibraryApplication Support (OS X) folder
3. Launch wallet

If using a new wallet:

1. Launch wallet
2. Wait for interface to appear, and quit
3. Unzip to your coin's data folder, located in the Users/USER/Roaming (Windows) or ~/Library/Application Support (OS X) folder
