Hi, i need help, please.

During made a transaction my bitcoin-qt wallet crashed.
Restart, i see the transaction ID 3f0442dd0a0b4461d382c6aea80e6e9efcc75f47ea50903308c76497de864ff6
Status 0/not confirmed
Date: 29/10   time 00:11

But if i search on Bitcoin Block Explore it says "Sorry we could not find any blocks or transactions matching this hash"

Where are my bitcoin?
And, if transaction remain "0/not confirmed"... when went erased (if it's)?

Ringrazio sin d'ora chi mi aiuta a capire cosa è successo.

Dunque, mentre effettuavo una spedizione di bitcoin si è bloccato il Bitcoin-qt wallet.
Fatto ripartire si è risincronizzato con la rete ed è presente la transizione
ID della transazione: 3f0442dd0a0b4461d382c6aea80e6e9efcc75f47ea50903308c76497de864ff6
se però la cerco in Blockchain non si trova.

Allo stato attuale mi da 0/non confermato.
Data 29/10 ore 00:11

Cosa è successo?
Se non viene confermata la transizione, dopo quanto viene annullata (se)?
