The Coinsmarkets (CM) dev team has been traced back to Amsterdam but nobody knows for sure. There have been thousands of people affected by this Exit Scam all of which are seeking justice. Clients are still checking the website daily to see if there has been any news, all they find is a weekly excuse left by the owner. Excuse after excuse and people/clients are all fed up. The website has now been offline for 33 days. In comparison to coinexchange.io which had encountered a technical problem and almost immediately put out an alternative temporary trading website within a 24 hour period. At first CM clients were thinking Coinsmarkets dev was incompetent, now people are realizing they have all been scammed. If anyone has reliable information as to the whereabouts of coinsmarkets.com dev or owners then please share it with the many coinsmarkets victims as well as to kindly share your information to this message. This needs to be a concerted effort in order for victims to have a successful outcome and taste the justice they all deserve.
I personally am a cancer patient with 2 kids and have lost over $10 000 USD as a result of this premeditated Exit Scam. This has put me in a very undesirable situation with my wife and kids. I had diversified my coin investment portfolio, however really did not expect such an abrupt Exit Scam by the coinsmarkets.com platform owners. Please do kindly share your valuable information, let us all work together to get the justice we all so badly deserve.

Dear Crypto World,

Does anyone know what is best to do with Myetherwallet missing coins?
They are showing up on Ethplorer but not myetherwallet when trying to send. My balance is showing as 0 (i.e.) the balance is not being picked up and recognized by the network.

In my opinion, it seems Myetherwallet has a good reputation, although it is really incidences like this which raise genuine questions about their proper functionality and long term viability. Any platform which offers to securely hold your funds must also be able to release them upon request. There is no point in holding indefinitely since the cryptospace changes by large margins if not by every hour then by every minute. People want their coins safe but they also want to be able to access them when need be.

Please note that I have tried all the advice Myether provides on its website in terms of troubleshooting the problem including different nodes and different points of access.

I have contacted Myetherwallet and its been already 3 business days with no response received. If anybody has some good advice, then please do kindly share it with me as I try to make some modest income from the crypto space since I am too sick and unwell to work a 9-5 job due to being a Cancer patient undergone significant surgeries, chemo, radio and related therapy treatments.

What is the chance of success for litigation against the BTER Exchange to recoup my losses?
This Exchange simply seized all my 12.5 BTC following their (inside job heist) 2 years ago along with the theft from my account of significant amounts of alternative Crypto Currency. The company delisted several coins but did not permit the release and transfer to alternative wallets. They simply seized all funds. Please note that I suffer from serious illness (rare form of Cancer) and really wish to seek justice in my lifetime. Please share your thoughts.

Should I commence a Civil Class Action or go it alone?

Is anyone familiar with the legal system in China?

Are there any legal protections for foreign clients of crypto currency exchanges who suffered significant losses resulting from the direct theft of their funds in their exchange accounts?

Can I personally sue BTER for stealing 12 BTC along with several crypto currencies from my account? I am planning a trip to Beijing in the next few weeks but need to do my homework first.

BTER chooses not to reply to my communications, although I have records of all my coins to present as evidence in the courts however I really do not want to be wasting more time and money if the chances of success are minimal to nil. Please share your thoughts. I wish for justice in my life time...

Dear Fellow Crypto-currency Enthusiasts,

Could a knowledgeable tech savvy individual please provide advice on how to get my BTPL Coin Wallet online and sync up to date. At the moment the wallet is offline and totally out of sync. It could not sync from the start and has since been offline. I have tried adding nodes but without success. I had naively sent the coins to an address on my wallet and really cannot afford to lose them due to suffering from illness and for the medium term am unfit to work. The longer term not so sure.

Please do kindly provide your assistance where possible and give your advice. The more help and or feedback, the better.
