I know there is much scepticism about using PayPal to conduct a transaction of high value, but, I have purchased high-value items using PayPal without issue over the years. I had a conversation with PayPal and this is what they advise:

Make a short video showing the following:
functioning product
any unique / identifiable serial numbers, marks, damage, scratches etc.
item being packaged into a suitable box
box being sealed
box having shipping label over the tape/seal.
box being physically passed to the courier

.... upload valid tracking data

I receive item and video the same but of course in reverse order.

My PayPal account is a good few years old now, is of course verified and I want to ship to that same verified address. In conjunction with that, I am happy to discuss any other security or validation measures with a potential vendor, to satisfy that I'll get the product I have paid for and you get the the funds.

Now, with that preamble out of the way.

I'm looking for either a 200-240Gh/s 'Chinese' Avalon miner, either as a complete system or as individual blades. The going rate seems to be $2000USD for a complete machine including PSU and case. I can obtain a case and power supply, I'm happy enough to connect them up myself. As for the 180Gh/s Antminer, these are mostly complete units so as is really.

I am in Hampshire in the UK and would like to get something sorted out sooner rather than later.

I have been mining and trading litecoin for a while now, recently I downloaded a 'quarkcoin' wallet from bitcointalk, this appeared to leave a virus on my pc which I thought I had removed. My LTC wallet is encrypted.

I opened up my wallet today to transfer some coins and there is a transaction i do not recognise, i don't know the address and all transactions i submit I give them an address name. Anyway. I had a deposit of 13LTC on the 24th december, at this point I went on vacation. I opened it today and there is a transaction removing these 13LTC from my wallet/account.

When I opened my wallet this morning, I submitted 1LTC to coinex.pw and this now has a question mark next to it.

The transaction date for the unknown address is the 28th December, I wasn't here.

The hard disks report less than 300hrs uptime in total and they've been connected to the system since initial power on. I'm advertising it here with a view to accepting payment in either Bitcoin, Litecoin or something else of equal value but of course, cash works just fine.

There are unfortunately a few small marks to the sides of the case, one on the right hand side (viewed from the front) where I placed it on it's side and a thumbscrew was on the desk     however, I really don't think it's that bad and of course, it's only cosmetic. And one on the top near the power/etc button where my wife put an old laptop on the top of it  

I think the price is fair considering the total investment in this machine was approximately £5k. I have receipts for most, if not all of the kit and would be happy to send this on at the time of purchase.

Would make an idea system for a trading platform I did put a copy of Batman Arkhams Origin on, everything clocked up to max on a 1080p monitor and it just flew, incredibly brisk machine and as you'd expect with 32 cores and 64Gb of ram, it has coped remarkably with absolutely anything I have thrown at it.
