-If winner refuses to pay for the masternode, it will be offered to the next highest bidder

Founds from the presale will be used for paying exchange listing, MN ranks sevices, bountys, etc.
Bidding on the given masternode will start after my command.

QBIC for masternodes will be distributed after payment confirmation
The payments and MNs will be sent as soon as possible
Funds gathered from the auction will be dedicated for exchanges listings
