Well, i found this coin on cryptocoincalendar.com. It was launched 2 days ago, but there is no ANN or any disscusions on the forum.
Official website is http://www.cyclecoin.org

It seems only a few are mining this coin, after 2 days difficulty is still low (0,014)
If anyone is interested may jump in
