Ahead of the Conference Championship games this weekend, all eyes are on the recovery of Chief’s star QB Patrick Mahomes who, for the time being, is still languishing under the NFL’s concussion protocol. While stand-in QB Chad Henne did an admirable job getting the Chiefs over the line against the Browns, the betting markets will move on a Mahomes decision. Ahead of the Divisional playoff round, Cloudbet was offering Super Bowl LV winner odds on the Chiefs as favourites at 2.86/+186, with Green Bay behind them at 5.07/+407. With Mahomes in question ahead of the Bills game, current odds are showing that has switched, with the Packers now favoured at 2.94/+194 and Kansas at 3.06/+206. But before we get to the Super Bowl, bettors may find value in the AFC Championship game itself. Current main line odds put the Chiefs at -3 2.00/+100 and the Bulls at +3 1.85/-117, but if Mahomes is cleared to play, expect them to shift to a six point spread. There could be value in placing a bet now if you reckon Mahomes will be good to go, and if you think he’ll be able to play to his full potential. Or maybe the Chiefs will assume that, yeah, Hennething is possible - and place their faith in their backup once more, allowing Mahomes to step up in the big game? Afternoon all, I'm currently planning a last man standing bitcoin price predictor competition where players have to guess whether the price of bitcoin will go up/down within the next 24 hours. Format would include: - A week long registration period - Players asked to guess if the price goes up/down at 12:00+1 UTC the next day. - Entries close at 10:00 UTC+1 each day so people aren't entering at 11:59  - Daily price snapshot would be taken from Tradingview.com to ensure accuracy. - Process repeats daily until one person is left, or if still active after 4 weeks, a blockchain raffle between the remaining contestants. - Bonuses for players reaching milestones, Nano Ledger Blue for the winner. - Entries via Google Form on Cloudbet blog (Cloudbet account name required for entry) Would this be something you fine ladies and gents would be interested in joining?  The start of a new year is a time for reflection; for looking back at the past and planting the seeds for a better future. It’s the one time when people are motivated to spill out their optimism in the form of sincere - if not always realistic - new year's resolutions. And it couldn't be any different with bitcoin and crypto. Let’s face it, 2018 wasn’t the greatest year for bitcoin, or crypto in general. From all the 2017 optimism and dreams of widespread adoption, 2018 was more of a cold bucket of water than the promised crypto land. Overall, prices have dropped repeatedly and the general atmosphere at the end of this year is one of gloom. It’s understandable, if you haven’t been in bitcoin for long, that it may seem to you like bitcoin is finally dead, or at least dying. To hear all this talk of an upcoming crypto winter end-all like a Game of Thrones season finale is to miss one of the most important points here: Winters end. But just as years end and as new ones begin, bitcoin has outlived all its 336 obituaries so far. It happened before, and for people in the space, this time isn’t different. Bitcoin isn’t dead; in fact, as it approaches its tenth anniversary, it’s only just starting. The whole ecosystem, if not as heated as in 2017, is nonetheless thriving, with many projects starting to deliver and use cases spreading across the board. And you know what? As every revolutionary technology has repeatedly proven throughout history, “first they ignore you, then they laugh at you, then they fight you, then you win.” That’s our crypto resolution for 2019 - but we want to know yours!Win bitcoin for your 2019 Crypto Resolutions! Tried it a couple of times and the results were disappointing. Updates were uncalled for and made the product worse.
