6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / [UPDATING] NEW SOLIDCOIN FORK 3.0 - TI EDITION UNHACKABLE BY PC [CLOSED SOURCE] on: September 17, 2011, 11:35:18 PM
UPDATE: CLOSING
Seems like some jap kid started using TI emulators to rob my coins.
pics or didn't happen proof: http://lpg.ticalc.org/prj_tilem/shots.html

ALL your coins has been transferred to me and stored in a safe vault in my basement.
It's just a safety precaution as it's clearly written in my closed source code.

DO NOT PANIC!!! YOUR COINS ARE STILL SAFE.
I will work hard to figured out a way to distribute them evenly in the upcoming 4.0...
which will be 33% better than SC 3.0, and 100% better than SC 2.0.

Also if you can setup an SC3.0 exchange let me know, I can offer you a very big bounty.

Announcing: Launching!!!
NEW SOLIDCOIN FORK 3.0 - TI EDITION

Genesis block up for grabs: (special Thanks to BCEmporium for providing the codes)

Features:

- ADDED Manual Mining support for TI-8x to TI-9x series calculators
You can now mine coins MANUALLY using my industrial leading Solid Coin 3.0 algorithm

- ADDED a few more unknown genesis blocks
Don't worry these blocks are for my personal testing purpose only.

- REMOVED GPU mining
The problem with GPU mining is it's too damn fast and difficulty grows sky high as newer generations come out.
(Also there are too many BTC f****t miners out there want to screw my fork)

- REMOVED CPU mining
The problem with CPU mining is there's just too many of them out there.
(Also there are too many Solidcoin2.0 f****t CPU miners out there want to screw my fork)

- REMOVED Network support
Having network support is a huge security issue, nuff said, just look at SC 1.0 & 2.0.

PLEASE DON'T ASK ME HOW IT WAS DONE, I'M A VERY GOOD PROGRAMMER AND I HAVE CHANGED HUNDREDS OF VALUES INSIDE THE BITCOIN SOURCE CODE, ALL THE NEW CODES ARE SAVED ON MY LOCAL HARD DRIVE OWNED BY ME, THUS I HAVE FULL RIGHTS TO MY SC3 PROJECT, NO SOURCE CODE WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR YOU CODE STEALERS.
7  Economy / Speculation / What's causing BTC price to dip below $7? (Answer inside) on: September 06, 2011, 05:07:37 AM
Not a lot of people can crash the market like this, here's the list of suspects on top of my head:

Gox: Lawsuits require real world currency.
Bruce: screw you gaise, I'm out!
Tom: ^^
Satoshi: Maybe the recent alternative chain blocks are annoying the father of BTC.
Public: People like you and me finally lost faith in BTC.

Name your suspect(s), I'll add them if i see fit.

15  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Regular exchange hours instead of 24/7 open market? on: June 20, 2011, 02:16:17 AM
First of all mt.Gox is almost certainly understaffed, can't really blame them though as the community just grew too fast and they simply can't keep up with the growth.

Which makes it very dangerous to operate 24/7 on fully automated systems. I could be wrong, but they surely did not respond in time when their system was breached.

Now if they were to switch to an regular operating hours, such as the 9am-4pm, I'm sure they can easily hire a few human security monitors, who works for about 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, so if a problem is discovered they can do an emergency manual shut off to minimize the damage.

What do you guys think? Discuss!
16  Other / CPU/GPU Bitcoin mining hardware / Can multiple GPU share the same Miner(worker) Account? on: June 09, 2011, 06:10:11 AM
Let's say I have 3 cards, 5830, 5850 & 5870,
Can they all mine under the same account under same Miner/Worker,
(for example: all 3 cards mining under MyAccount_Miner1 @ btcguild.com)

If yes, is there any disadvantage from doing so? compared to creating separate miner1,2,3 account for each card.

I wanted to do this for simplified account setup and calculation.
17  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Is BitCoin 2.0 possible? on: May 29, 2011, 11:17:14 PM
From technical point of view, if we discover an flaw in the current system,
Is it possible to change/patch the way BitCoin works in the future?

Just for imaginary purpose:

BitCoin 1.1: patched so it's possible to extend beyond 21million coins.

BitCoin 2.0: A totally new redesigned system, fixed many flaws that were found in the 1.x system,
users must transfer all funds into 2.0 system before a certain date.

So Yes/No/Maybe??
