1  Economy / Trading Discussion / Scammed by Ryanwebber/Zem? Come here. on: August 14, 2011, 07:27:07 AM
I'm gonna make this short and simple. I want a list of people that were scammed and for how much by these 2 accounts. You can either post here publicly or PM me with your claims. Be sure to include a wallet address for the Bitcoins to be returned to, if that was how you paid.

I am not the person that ripped you off, but I am very close to them. In fact I'm the one that got them into Bitcoin(unfortunately). So from this point on I will be claiming responsibility. I'm not going to release my identity or relationship to the person for obvious reasons.

The intention for this post is to pay back victims, if possible.

4  Economy / Goods / Selling Dual 6990 Mining/Gaming Rig on: July 17, 2011, 06:45:09 PM
First things first this isn't a typical cheap built mining rig. All the parts are quality since it was originally for gaming so not the best option for someone that wants a straight up miner. Great if you want to mine for a few months then use it for gaming.

System specs:
x2 sapphire 6990
Intel 2600k processor currently overclocked to 4.9 ghz stable
Custom built water cooling loop. (Processor only)
8gb ram
1TB black caviar hd
120gb intel ssd (320 series)
dual dvd-r/rw/cd-r/rw drives
1200w corsair pro gold series psu
ASUS P8P67 Deluxe mobo
Windows 7 home
Cooler Master 942 HAF X Case

Was built in the beginning of may. Has nearly 3 years warranty left on ALL componets from Digital Storm. I'm looking to get about 2600 for it in BTC or usd via Dwolla. I might consider parting out the 2 6990's for around 600 each since I have a feeling no one will be interested in the whole rig. Money will be sent first. If not we can use a mediator/escrow.

If you want pictures and/or are interested pm me.

6  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Bitcoin wallet question. on: July 02, 2011, 03:57:54 AM
Let's say I were to make a copy of my wallet to a usb or cd. If i take that copy and install it on an extra computer will the original wallet still be useable on the first computer? If I make a transaction on one computer will it update on the other? Sorry if this is a stupid question. I'm asking due to me traveling a lot my desktop having my wallet is somewhat inconvenient, so I had came with the idea to install it to my laptop as well. Is this possible? Is it a bad idea?

9  Economy / Invites & Accounts / Anyone got a good ogame account they'd be willing to sell? on: June 30, 2011, 04:32:25 AM
If you don't know what ogame is well...ya you're no use to me. I'd possibly be interested in purchasing an account if it's decent. Big fleet no Pus%% turtle accounts.

I know it's terrible but it makes work more interesting.
10  Bitcoin / Mining / DUST! on: June 21, 2011, 07:04:27 AM
After mining for a little over 2 months....I'm starting to have a hard time of ridding my cased rigs of dust. I know I can't be the only person on this forum that mines 24/7 that looks and their rig and says something along the lines of holy $^#& that thing is dirty after several weeks of it sucking and blowing air. I blame my two dogs for all the dust and dander either way, It's becoming a problem for me. My fan grills are the biggest problem which generally can be cleared out by a vacuum on reverse. However, I have to unscrew and dismantle parts of the case to get the dust out of these grills completely. VERY inconvenient....

The hardest part is the components which end up in a VERY thing layer of dust. Very visible yet very hard to remove with just blowing air.

Out of curiosity how do you clean you rigs, if applicable. Really just interested in seeing if someone has an easier method lol.
11  Other / Obsolete (buying) / Buying Brand New Alienware Laptop. on: June 21, 2011, 06:44:12 AM
First thing's first. This will be a big investment and I will only deal with someone decently trusted on this forum. I will also be looking in to hiring a VERY high rep forum member to mediate this deal to assure this goes well and there is no scam on either end.

That being said I will be assembling a high end alienware laptop on their site and you will be ordering it for me. It will be mailed to the mediator and my coins will also be sent to the mediator. Any high rated forum members willing to mediate this post here please and if anyone has any suggestions please point me in the right direction. I'm not hugely familiar of who would offer this kind of service.

I will pay for shipping all the way... to the mediator and to myself, I will also cover the mediators fee as well.

Currently we are talking about a 4k USD investment. I will be sending you the equal amount in bitcoins AFTER MTGOX is reopened and the price is stabilized somewhat.....

If anyone is interested in such a venture please let me know, also any mediators willing to get involved post or pm Smiley Thanks.

14  Economy / Trading Discussion / Clearcoin transactions not loading? on: June 02, 2011, 12:20:16 AM
The transactions page on clearcoin won't load for me. The site is up but every time I hit transactions I get errors. Anyone else experiencing this? I'm kind of worried because I have some coins I need to hold due a seller backing out of a deal. They're set to auto release some time tomorrow  Angry
15  Bitcoin / Mining / GPU Compatibility? on: June 01, 2011, 10:59:35 PM
Hey guys, I have a quick question. I'm building a mining rig from spare parts, and I got a 3 slot motherboard and 3 gpus laying around. Thing is I have cards from different series. I have one 5850 and two 6950's. Now I know they won't crossfire together but would I be able to plug all 3 into the mobo and mine with them all seperate or am I stuck with just the two 6950's?
