41  Economy / Goods / Looking for someone with PayPal to buy something off eBay for me... on: July 17, 2014, 01:58:54 AM
Yes I prefer Escrow, would like to use Coinbase price at time of agreement. Item value is $15.

PM for info on the item.

Also FWIW, in case your wondering. No I do not have a PayPal account nor do I want one. Yes it is a seller who allows account-less purchases. I tried to use two different cards of mine to no avail.

Ty in advance.
42  Economy / Computer hardware / [WTB] Antminer U2 USB sticks... looking for at least 17 of them. on: July 11, 2014, 11:52:44 PM
Most people don't run these any more and have them in a box somewhere so please don't try to charge more than you know you should for something your not even using, Ty.

PM with price and quantity, Ty.
43  Economy / Service Discussion / Public notes ? on: July 09, 2014, 10:28:43 PM
I've seen this done before. But how, when using the blockchain app on my phone can I add a public note ?

I'd like to start being able to do this for slightly better record keeping so when I pay my collo guy I can just say something like, repaying loan or Aug. 2014 hosting costs etc.
44  Economy / Digital goods / [WTS] CurseVoice Closed BETA Keys ! on: July 07, 2014, 06:36:01 AM
After reading the Q&A, the keys can be bought via my store using the following link: Spend-ur-Bits.com

Up for grabs are some Curse Voice Closed BETA Keys.

Q: Why would I buy a key when I can just request access from curse ?
A: While yes it is true you can do that, your not guaranteed to get in. Where as with one of the keys I have for sale, your granted immediate access to it.

Q: I tried to buy one from you months ago when you first made a post about it but I never got it, why ?
A: Well, this was when I was still experimenting with my store and there was some payment gateway issues. No payment ever went through because of these issues. If it did go through, you would have gotten your key literally seconds after the payment was sent.

Q: Who handles our payments ?
A: Everything is handled through the Coinbase.com API.

Q: How much do the keys cost ?
A: Each key costs $6.88.

Q: How much BTC will each key cost me ?
A: Well, that depends on the quantity bought obviously, but the store uses the BTC-e 24hr weighted average for conversions.

Q: Once I buy a key, how do I redeem it exactly ?
A: You redeem your account key by visiting this site: CurseVoice BETA

Q: Ok, you've answered a lot of other questions so far but you haven't said just what the hell CurseVoice even is... what is it ?
A: Curse Voice is a product that should resonate with all online gamers, and specifically for now League of Legends. Curse will be adding support for additional games in the future!

Here's a look at a few of the cool things Curse Voice will let you do in League of Legends:

  • Keep track of champion ultimate cooldowns and know when they're ready.
  • Automatically track the respawn of Baron and Dragon when you have vision.
  • Easily create and share voice sessions while in queue or during champion select.

Curse Voice integrates fully into the League of Legends client, providing you with an unmatched overlay experience in addition to helping you push your game forward and coordinate with your team.

More info can be found by visiting the CurseVoice BETA site.

Q: Ok, so how exactly do I get my key ?
A: Simple, you can purchase as many keys as you wish by visiting the following site: Spend-ur-Bits... be warned though. There are only 10 in stock so act fast before they're gone.

Q: Will you use the feedback system here on the bitcointalk.org if I can prove I bought from you ?
A: Sure I will but you will have to provide me the code given to you via PM (publicly posted codes are ignored) to prove you purchase from me, so don't lose it once you get it if you would like feedback here for your purchase.

Q: What if I have more questions ?
A: Simple, just reply to this post or PM me and I will get back to you as soon as I can.

Ty for your interest.

46  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / When looking at scrypt miners for LTC... on: July 05, 2014, 03:25:51 AM
When looking at scrypt miners for LTC under the "as of right now market" what would would be a good price per MH to have a decent ROI shot.

Ex. If looking at BTC miners, paying say $4k for 1Th is being off your f'n rocker where as say two months ago, if not more it might have been ok or a lil easier to understand.
47  Economy / Digital goods / [WTB] Looking for an investment script for Cex.io / Ghash... Ty. on: July 03, 2014, 06:02:13 PM

48  Bitcoin / Mining / What's the math to figure earnings ? on: May 13, 2014, 11:27:27 AM
I'm not looking to make a calc, far from it.

I am however interested in what the math is to take current diff, specified coin price and your hash rate to figure out your EST monthly earnings.

So, anyone know ?
49  Economy / Goods / WTB: AP9571 PDU... anybody got one that works ? on: May 07, 2014, 01:14:43 AM

Cheapest one on eBay is $60 was hoping for maybe something like $40 shipped.
50  Bitcoin / Mining support / Question about PDU's and a 220/40 line... on: May 03, 2014, 12:03:57 AM
Ok, so we have in my house 220/40 line for an electric dryer we don't use that's on if I recall correctly, will need to double check, a dual arm breaker consisting of two 30a switches.

1) Does the PDU need to match the total available amperage of the breaker ?
--- Will say a 24a PDU work just fine on a 220 line consisting of two 30a breakers ?

2) Will something that's say made for 120v line work on a PDU connected to a 220 line ?
--- The question itself seems obvious but I don't know how the PDU's work exactly, like does each plug down convert to 120 but is just connected to the 220 line for higher draws.

3) There was one other thin but it's slippin my mind right now...
51  Bitcoin / Mining support / Need another switch for my miners but... on: March 26, 2014, 01:09:51 AM
Ok, so I already ran a 150' line downstairs for the noisy stuff, well I'm adding two more items but I can't run two more cords. That said, is there such a thing as like a 3 port ethernet switch I can get ?

Also, please link suggestions, Ty.

Really don't want to have to spend a lot like I did for my 24 port switch up stairs.
52  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Desktop wallet software question... on: March 22, 2014, 10:34:16 AM
I remember reading something a while back (like 2 months ago) about about what's supposed to be THE best desktop client to use for managing wallets. I could be way wrong on this because I was reading a ton of stuff when I came across it, but it was touted to be the most secure one available and that it could be used on an infected system without worrying about coin loss or something.

I don't remember too much about it other than a f ton of people here said they use it.

I sorta have an idea on what the client name is now that I'm really thinking about it but I kinda wana hear what everyone has to say in case I am wrong.

Edit: Right now I use blockchain and with recent issues with them, it's got me thinking of alternatives since I still have almost a full BTC in shared send limbo that this CZ guy keeps saying is please let us know if you need more help without telling me how they can help me out since this was their F up.
53  Bitcoin / Hardware / Question about Bitmain... on: March 19, 2014, 11:57:42 PM
Ok, so I was thinking of grabbing some of their 2.0Gh/s sticks but I hard a rumor about a fake Bitmain site. Well, so I don't have my ass handed to me with a fake site.

What's the official one ?
54  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / At what BTC price would you feel comfortable paying for a raffle ticket for... on: March 09, 2014, 03:39:31 AM
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=507402.msg5595781#msg5595781

Ok, so at this point in time since the post just went up today it's too early to say what will happen with the raffle but it got me to thinking. That said though, if I do end up having to lower the ticket price to gain interest, at what price would you guys feel comfortable paying per ticket to win the machine ?

Please be realistic about your replies / figures, Ty.

Edit: What I'm asking is what you would value a per ticket price in BTC.
55  Economy / Games and rounds / Raffle: 180Gh/s Avalon... backed by Kluge's Escrow, really low ticket price ! on: March 08, 2014, 11:33:41 PM
Ok, so first let me start by saying that Kluge and his Escrow service have agreed to back this and here's how it works.

This is going to be a raffle to win my 180Gh/s Avalon machine. It's going to consist of 50 tickets at just 0.03 BTC each, so if you wanted to say enter twice then you would buy 2 "tickets" at the total cost of 0.06 BTC. So with just one entrance fee from you at just 0.03 BTC you have the chance for an amount that's a lil north or south depending on current pricing of a $20 investment to win a $1k+ machine.

Anyway more to the mechanics, basically how this will work is this...

Assuming you want one ticket at 0.03, you would send your funds to an Escrow address provided by Kluge to which I have a master control list of (addresses already provided to me by Kluge). Upon your completed payment you would be entered in to the list below which I will do a mockup of. Once all tickets have been sold I will use a random number generator to choose the winner, I'll get to how that works in a minute after the mockup.

1. MoreBloodWine TX ID: 12345678asmdf823 (The id of the payment)
2. MoreBloodWine TX ID: 12345678asmdf823 (The id of the payment)
3. TomatoCage TX ID: 9orourtytjyvbrtn
4. Dr. Haribo TX ID: lunib6tnohryu
5. Dr. Haribo TX ID: lunib6tnohryu
6. Dr. Haribo TX ID: lunib6tnohryu
7. Dr. Haribo TX ID: lunib6tnohryu
8. Dr. Haribo TX ID: lunib6tnohryu
9. Dr. Haribo TX ID: lunib6tnohryu

Ok, so above you see the mockup of how the list will work. So upon all 50 tickets being sold I will use a random number generator that will choose a number between 1 & 50. So if say 6 comes up, then the good Doc would be our winner since 6 was one of his numbers.

Now some of you may also be asking, well, what happens if this doesn't pan out or you (me) decide to back out because the machine broke or something. Well the answer to that is very simple, you would all be refunded and Kluge would still be compensated by me for his time in handling all this which includes refunds if applicable.

So ya, that's pretty much it and if any of you have any questions I invite you to please ask them here and I will respond inside of 12-24hrs.

Lastly, if you want to keep the TX id's private that's fine but I will still need it to keep locally here on my desktop. If you want to keep your username / identity private, that's a different matter. That can still be done it would just mean keeping a separate list in my inbox that I would share with Kluge so we both always have the same accurate info. You would just show up in the main list here as "Protected". Upon the winner being chosen though, I will need your full name, address and telephone to coordinate shipping but that will all be handled via PM.

Oh and before I forget, upon a winner being chosen, you will have 72hrs to get back to me after I contact you about winning. Should you not reply after the 72hr mark. Your entrance fee will be considered forfeited and I will go back to the random number generator to choose a new winner. So only bid / buy a ticket if you accept those terms.

Ty & good luck to all entrants !

Ps; You will only be added to the list of registrants after your payment has been verfied by both me and Kluge. Now I don't know what his schedules like but I work from home so can always be here at least once an hr to check in provided I'm not out of the house with family.

56  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Stupid question but, whats the math to... on: March 07, 2014, 12:00:30 AM
Stupid question but, whats the math to figure out how many coins I would need to sell to make say $58.27 if one whole BTC is worth $650 or even something like $587.23 ?

Want to add this equation into an excel sheet for auto calculating.

Ty.

59  Economy / Services / Anyone worth trusting for escrow besides TomatoCage ? on: February 17, 2014, 02:40:51 AM
Don't get me wrong, never dealt with TC. Had a deal of sorts in place, but he told me and another person early yesterday that if we could wait another 2hrs hed set up an Escrow address for our deal and then I get this 24hrs later (a bit ago).

Crap, sorry guys I'm going to have to pass on this escrow job. You're not going to believe this, but on Vday I went out with this hot red-head Scarlett Johansson look alike. Been out the entire weekend with her and I'm going to get some sleep now Smiley

So ya, hows that for fair ?

So any rec's on someone worth looking in to that wont bail on a deal sort of ater it's been committed to ?
60  Economy / Goods / Will someone buy these two items for me ? Will use TomatoCage's escrow service. on: February 15, 2014, 07:42:22 PM
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16833315091
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA1UA0NK3825

After S&H charges the totals like $14 if your rounding.

Please PM me.

Ps; Never really used TC's services before so not sure on protocol with him but he is trusted around here and I have talked to him a few times in the past, so unless your going to buy and ship first or use his services then please don't waste my time as I will not send BTC first, Ty.
