Do not buy their ICO. 

They remove common questions and issues on their telegram and ban people trying to ask them anything.

Has anyone had great success with ERC20 Tokens? 

I've been following Tron and a few others that run on the ERC20 protocol and Tron's market cap is HUGE!

I've been roaming Forkdelta and etherdelta and forums trying to find one like Tron to make a huge gain. 

There are a few with some use cases that I like such as SpankChain for anonymous subscription for porn.

Verge just did their own partnership with Pornhub.

Most Coins or Tokens I've found do not follow any Rules or Regulations involving the SEC.  I think I've found one compliant thus far

This token i've found seems to be following all the rules and regulations by creating a token and not doing an ICO.  They've created a Token and are giving away ALL of the tokens.  I haven't heard of any other token that has done this.  This avoids being scammed and wasting money on ICO's that will more than 90% of the time be scams. 

This group has several developers working on applications and seems like a decent token for applicable reasons.

ICO's are copying what an IPO would normally do. 

IPO's take several months to happen and they have to go through vigorous reporting and scrutiny. 

The SEC watches new issues of securities very closely to monitor Fraud. 

These ICO's have totally skipped over everything that is required for an IPO or a new securities issuance. 

Little do these Alt Coins know that they will most likely fall under strict laws here in the near future.
