MakerWatch.space Tracking physical bitcoins and crypto-collectibles on the blockchain
Hello everyone, I am excited to announce the early release of MakerWatch.space, a new tool designed to monitor the status, funding, and activity of physical crypto-collectibles. As collectors, we know that tracking the history of these coins is vital. While we have had excellent tools in the past, many have gone offline or are no longer maintained. My goal with MakerWatch is to provide a modern, community-driven dashboard that makes it easy to visualize collections, track "peeled" coins, and get notified of blockchain movements in real-time. MakerWatch is free software and is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. PLEASE NOTE: This is an early release. Features are still being added, and I am actively looking for feedback and missing address lists. There is a very easy to use feature for adding additional coin releases described below. Key Features- The Watchlist Dashboard: A high-level view of the physical crypto market, tracking Total Locked Value (TVL), active spending, and treasury stats.
- Real-Time Event Feed: The system monitors blocks for activity. If a tracked coin moves funds, it appears on the dashboard immediately.
- Priority Alerts: The system automatically flags "Severity High" events, such as when a series loses significant funding (peels) in a short period.
- Makers Gallery: A visual index of makers and their series. You can sort by release date, funding amount, or recent activity.
- Smart Search: Quickly search by Bitcoin address or Serial Number to find which collection a specific coin belongs to.
--- Dashboard Preview --- The main view showing the coin carousel and summary stats. For Developers & AutomationOne of the core focuses of MakerWatch is open data. You don't need to refresh the website to stay updated. - Telegram Channel: Subscribe to the official MakerWatch Feed on Telegram to get instant notifications on your phone or desktop for every new transaction and priority alert.
- RSS Feeds: We provide a public RSS feed that includes both transactions and priority alerts. You can plug this directly into a Discord bot (like MonitoRSS) to get a ping in your server whenever a physical coin is peeled.
- Public API: JSON endpoints are available for developers to fetch recent events or query specific collections.
For full documentation and endpoint URLs, please visit the API & Tools section of the site. Visual Gallery & InspectionYou can drill down into specific releases (e.g., Casascius Series 2) to see a breakdown of Funded vs. Peeled coins. The interface supports filtering to quickly identify empty addresses that were previously funded. --- Collection View --- Detailed view showing funded status and serial numbers. How to Submit a CollectionIf you have a list of addresses for a Maker or Series not yet tracked, please submit it! I have built a submission tool that allows you to paste raw text lists. The system will automatically parse out Bitcoin addresses and serial numbers and let you preview the data before sending it for review. Once submitted, I can activate the collection with just a couple of clicks on the back-end. Link: Submit a Collection--- Submit Collection --- Simple collection submission interface that parses addresses/serials. Credits & InspirationI want to express my appreciation to those who laid the groundwork for tracking physical crypto: - Raghav Sood: His work on Collectible.money was the gold standard and the primary inspiration for building this version.
- Minerjones & the Bitcointalk Collectibles community: For their work on Bitcointalk maintaining lists, organizing history, and keeping the community safe.
- Naypalm (uberbills) & Anduck (anduck.net) @ Melik's Cas Tracker: For providing and maintaining additional tools that have provided several years of valuable tracking information for Casascius and BTCC.
Please let me know what you think! Bug reports and feature requests are welcome. I am also open to collaborators who would like to serve as a 'contributor' role, and I can grant access to curate and maintain collections. If you are interested, just send me a message. Visit the site: https://makerwatch.space

This morning I received emails from the forum containing attachments. It was strange but I realized what occurred. The OP who made a new post, included a google doc link. Gmail users automatically see google doc files as attachments in their emails. What's concerning is that, while Gmail scans these docs files for malware, there could be remote code hidden that remains undetected, or any number of advanced attacks through this mechanism. And users receiving an email from the forum may be more likely to click the attachment. I'm not sure what the potential fix is, but just wanted to give people a heads up that this type of attachment could reach anyone's inbox who is watching a subforum or thread and gets email alerts.

Topps Allen & Ginter Reference Thread Last Updated: Sept 21, 2019This reference thread is intended to contain information about all versions of cryptocurrency cards found in the Topps Allen & Ginter baseball card series. Some have referred to this card as Bitcoin's "Rookie Card" because it is the first time a mainstream collectible card series has recognized bitcoin or cryptocurrency. Topps released this card as part of the 2018 Allen and Ginter baseball card series, and it is numbered 83 out of 300 within the base set. Allen and Ginter was the Richmond, Virginia, tobacco manufacturing firm formed in 1865, and created and marketed the first cigarette cards for collecting and trading. In 2006 Topps revived the brand and began issuing Allen and Ginter cards as part of their product lineup. The Allen and Ginter cards are known for featuring hand painted cards of current baseball players, as well as various insert sets featuring standout athletes in other sports, pop culture icons, and historical figures. The 2018 Allen and Ginter series was released on the week of July 18th, 2018. Following the release of the regular 2018 Allen and Ginter series, Topps released the more limited 2018 Ginter X series boxes a few weeks later on August 8th, 2018. The X series feature cards which have a black or dark background. The various versions of #83 cards are listed below, and are grouped by which type of packs or boxes the cards were found. In total, there are 25 varieties of the #83 Cryptocurrency card documented in this thread. 23 of the 25 types of cards have been identified and photographed. ReferencesCompany: Topps, Inc. This is a thread to list out the various coins that I would be interested in buying to have in my collection. I've seen many of these come up for sale or auction, but I was either not available to purchase or it was a price I wasn't quite willing to spend. I'll entertain all asking prices, just shoot me a PM or reply to this thread. For some I will pay a higher premium than others based on the rarity or condition of the coin. WTB the following: - 2011 Casascius 1 BTC Series 2 (this is not the error coin but the one that came after it).
- 25 BTC redeemed/peeled Casascius coin
- 2014 Cryptonic Monero silver coin
- BHCoins (interested in any of these, I don't currently own any)
- 2015 Kialara Gold
- Crypto Imperator 100k Silver Dogecoin
- TGBEX 0.5 or 1 BTC
- Titan 0.5 or 1 BTC
If we agree on a price and you have good forum trust + send a picture with your username/date on it, then we shouldn't need escrow. Otherwise I prefer Blazed for escrow. Shipping would be to the USA, so factor that in if you're outside US and providing a quote.

When researching coins, I kept going to each coins website or page here at bitcointalk in order to see things like total # of coins, block rewards, etc. So I put together: http://www.cryptocompare.comFeedback/suggestions welcome.
