What happened::
I've open an account on Jan 3rd and sent 0.21611044 ETH on Jan 4, 2018, 12:16:31 AM
Their exchange page does not work so I sent an email to their support. Their first and only answer was i will me answered in 7 to 10 days(Automated reply)
So far, so good so I'd like to withdraw my money while they fix their exchange page problem.
Here is the date and another automated msg from their system.
Jan 4, 2018, 12:33:39 PM    ETH    withdrawal (automated processing)

It has been more than 72 hours and I've sent 3 more emails to support. No answer at all.(Not even automated ones).
