I'm use walletrbf=1 in config for my Bitcoin Core v. 0.14.1 client.

When I try to send transaction with "bitcoin-cli sendfrom" the flag bip125-replaceable (Replace By Fee) is setting to "yes" correctly.
But if I try to make transaction with 
"bitcoin-cli createrawtransaction"
"bitcoin-cli signrawtransaction"
Replace By Fee is not setting (bip125-replaceable=no).

What should I do for making transaction with Replace By Fee by createrawtransaction?
Or this is a Bitcoin Core bug?

I have Bitcoin Core 0.11.1 Linux x64 and my wallet.dat size is about 480Mb (~52000 transactions).

So the problem is a lot of data writing on disk. By "iotop -o -a" I see that bitcoind writes about 4.2Gb on disk in 15 minutes. It's too much.
I think wallet.dat writes on disk each time when new transaction comes or something similar.

Is is possible to turn on something caching for that wallet.dat will not writtes to disk so often?
Or is it possible to write any changes to the temporary file, and save wallet.dat no more than once per hour?

Because the problem is too large volume disk writes.

Please help!

Hello community!

My problem is that creation of outgoing transactions are very slow.

My wallet have ~1500 active bitcoin-addresses with total ~20000 input transaction and ~5000 output transactions in last half of the year.
Size of file wallet.dat is 240Mb
Bitcoin Core 0.10.2

I create outgoing payment with command:
bitcoin-cli sendfrom <fromaccount> <tobitcoinaddress> <amount>

So the problem is it takes about 60 seconds every time when I execute this command (on CPU FX6300,6-Core,3.5GHz). This is too slowly.
On new wallet with minimum addresses and transactions this command executed less than 1 second.

If I have 40000 incoming transactions will it takes for 2 minutes?! ((

Why it takes so long time? How it is possible to speed it up?

Please help me to solve this problem.

Основные тезисы разъяснений НБУ таковы:
Платежные системы, чтобы работать в Украине, должны быть зарегистрированы в НБУ.
Никакие банки или другие юрлица не обращались в НБУ по поводу регистрации Bitcoin.
НБУ предостерегает украинцев от использования такой системы.

Похоже в Нацбанке не сильно разобрались с биткоином.
Помоему Bitcoin не подпадает под определение платежной системы, т.к. не существует юр.лица - платежной организации. И как мы понимаем существовать не может.

Вот выдержка из Визначення термінів Закона Украины "Про платіжні системи та переказ коштів в Україні":

1.28) платіжна організація - юридична особа, що визначає
правила роботи платіжної системи, а також виконує інші функції
щодо забезпечення діяльності платіжної системи та несе

платіжної системи та сукупність відносин, що виникають між ними

Интересно, что 19го ноября 2013, когда был сильный рост, очень много упоминаний слова "слив" по сравнению со словом "рост".

Известный баг: выборка может работать до 8 сек, т.к. лопатятся мегабайты текста чата.
