Hello all,
we (NewEnglandcoin) are planning for our bounty for a graphic design. Lots of graphic pictures will be submitted competing for award.
I am new on this. What is best tools out there to manage and review, and eventually decide the winner of a bounty. DISCORD dedicated bounty board?
dropbox? etc. Ideally several community leaders will view the submission and decide the first round. Eventually more community members should be allowed to comment and give feedback.
The decision of winner will be within a few group of members, but the participation is expected to be large among all members.

NewEnglandcoin (NENG) is dynamic difficulty algo on top of scrypt. Historically this coin was mainly mined by ASIC miners or CPU miners. NENG was never friendly to GPU miners until the recent v1.2.x release. v1.2.x core release essentially imposed a spike difficulty within 3 seconds of last block. The spike difficulty currently sit at 244k, which means that instant mining is stopped on NENG. It also means that NENG becomes quite ASIC-restricted recently. At this moment, my estimate is that GPU miners are dominant force on NENG mining, followed by ASIC or CPU miners. Just a tip, do not join a mining pool for GPU rigs. Just do a solo mining setup and the rewards will be quite big at current low base diff (0.00192499). Marinecoin (MTC) now trades around 0.09 dogecoin per Marinecoin price in F1CX exchange ( https://f1cx.com/markets/mtcdge). When this old coin was relaunched in late Jan this year for 450,000 MTC per person airdrop, the price was only below 0.009 dogecoin per MTC. The current market cap is only 3 million USD on 9.7 billion MTC total supply. If Marinecoin new AI driven Airdrop program succeeds to airdrop to 20k or even more members, I can easily see MTC price to go up 100x.
