2  Bitcoin / Mining support / Rasperry Pi - High Hardware Errors on: May 23, 2014, 10:18:13 PM
Been having some trouble with my Pi, and wanted to ask about it.

I'm running a Pi B with an old D-Link 7-port hub.
I'm mining with 3 Gridseed 5-chip miners.

I've used:
 - MinePeon with BFGminer 3.99
 - Scrypta with BFGminer 3.99
 - StarMiner with CGminer 4.3.0
All 3 return 5-10% HW errors.

If I plug the same hub in to my Win7 PC and run from BFGminer 3.99 on it with the same settings, I get 0% HW.

Any ideas?

Sometime this week I'm likely placing an order for two S1s.  I just wanted to confirm that is the correct site to order these from, and not a scam site.
4  Economy / Services / Replacement for MyFaucet/ on: January 18, 2014, 07:14:59 PM
Now that MyFaucet is dead, due to crashing and burning, is there any alternative for faucet owners, short of making one from scratch?
5  Other / Beginners & Help / Reccomended USB Hubs on: December 05, 2013, 01:08:48 AM
Just getting started out, and I'm starting to build up my collection of USB hubs.  I'm finding though that many multi-port hubs don't have a big enough power supply to supply a full bank of Block Erupters.  Any recommendations, or should I just start hacking off cables and sticking them into into a bench supply?
